The staff were nice and available The Food was horrible, breakfast was always served pretty cold , very bad coffee poor dairy options. It’s extremely weird that the restaurant has a very tasty food but when you are a hotel reserved guest the breakfast is so poor and lack of taste! Last it’s extremely rude to tell your guests that they can’t make sandwiches for their kids - we eat Kosher and that’s why we booked the hotel! Kids don’t eat breakfast properly and we leave for trips we must take something for them!

The staff was nice and respectful The food was extremely bad. Most of the food wasn’t warm and wasn’t in good quality! There is a huge difference between the Kosher restaurant to the hotel included meals.

Nice hotel, clean and a place were you can enjoy the trip... Suggest to go there and have a great rest!!!

only location one the booking they did not inform us that the hotel is Israeli and full of armed bodyguards which made me feel increasingly unsafe and uncomfortable. they did not include any of the Israel flags or names in the booking so upon arrival to the hotel, we were very shocked.
