It was clean, The food is good, but the lady that was there is limited the food that we take, we don’t know why but other hotels that we have been was eat all you can,but never in this hotel, the curtains are also falling, the water from the shower was coming out from the floor, the shower hook from the wall is falling

This is a small and convenient hotel in the center of the city. The location is excellent, it’s right in the centre, close to the sights, still at a quiet place. There are shops, pharmacies and exchange offices around. There are many restaurants 5 minutes walk at the main road along sea. We booked two rooms, both were very clean and well furnished also for longer stays. The bathroom was clean and nicely decorated. There’s a WiFi and it worked well and reliability. Breakfast was included. We enjoyed our stay here and would be happy to come back.

We booked a room on the same day we checked in (to be precise 30 min before check-in). We were pleased to know that our room was ready when we arrived. The staff was welcoming and nice, the room was clean and cozy. There were some toiletries, towels, bathrobe in the room as well as free tea/coffee/water. The location is near the city centre and the beach. The room is not that spacious, but I think that this hotel is perfect for a short stay. There was a faint tobacco smell in the room.

Good location in old Batumi Shower door hanging off, couldn’t close. Tiny balcony

The bathroom had problems with the condition of the shower, the sink and the toilet. The water did not drain into the sinks, the toilet seat was not fixed, the shower hose was leaking.

Everything was great ? comfortable, they upgraded us and gave us a room with a jacuzzi and it was great..the location is also good,in the city center, Everything is nearby..?

I liked location of the hotel as it is located right in the middle of the old town and shops/supermarkets are nearby and easily accessible. However, when I arrived at the hotel at 2 o'clock the room was not ready still and I had to wait additional 1 hour before check in, Once I checked in the room was quite different from what was shown on the booking.com as it didn't have a balcony while room facilities in the description clearly stated the balcony. However staff maintained friendly attitude and were eager to change my room upon my request from the next day of the stay. I would say that room cleaning service doesn't stand out either as in 1 case they forgot to throw away a bag full of garbage and on the other sheets were unchanged (as I could see my makeup stains on them) , sometimes I even had to ask for a toilet roll as it wasn't replaced with a new one. I would say I was to a large extent disappointed with my stay and it was not worth the fee I paid for. I would recommend the hotel to renovate its rooms especially the bathroom and to pay more attention to cleaning services.

Affordable stay in the heart of Old Batumi

The location We booked a standard room and on booking it said it would have a balcony but it didnt have. When we called the reception about it, they gave said that if we wanted a balcony we had to pay so we declined it. After settling, we realised that the room was just dusty with hair and all and the bathroom was hacing scum on the walls. The gentleman and the reception asked to see and we showed him. He said we’d change rooms. The next day, they changed their mind and since we only had a night left, we stayed in the room. They had cleaned it changed towels and beddings which had stains and had cleaned better. In short, I wouldn’t stay here again.
