We had a wonderful stay in Batumi! The accommodation was cozy and comfortable, with a private fully equipped bathroom. The host was extremely kind, spoke excellent English, and even recommended us a fantastic restaurant just around the corner. There were also lots of adorable cats around, which made the place even more charming. We also really appreciated the flexible check-out. Highly recommended! The only thing that was kind of inconvenient was that the AC is in the hall outside of our room, so we had to have our door open a lot.

the studio was super cozy, clean and new. it was a pleasure to return to the room at the end of the day. the owner of this property is super sweet, always helped us with everything ??i genuinely enjoyed staying here none

Nice staff and location. Rooms are without air conditioners, so its really uncomfortable temperature.

The two desk ladies were really friendly and helpful. Great location. All around pretty decent place for the money. Advertised great breakfast included but they didn't have it. Just said without apology that it wasn't the season. Shower was annoying that the water splashes out onto the floor because of no door. Also, slight smell of cigarette smoke whenever entering even though it was a non smoking room.
