The staff was great, especially the owner. A location is good at breakfast was very nice. Parking can be a challenge with the staff helped me find a very good spot. Thank you.

Super friendly staff great location very nice breakfast. Would recommend. I’m sure parking can be pretty sketchy, but the staff helped me get a very good and very close parking space.

The staff was really attentive and tried their best to please us. I asked for cleaning specifically for towels change and the cleaning lady only changed towels. Breakfast was tasty but not a big option only a little meal.

Cute little family run hotel near the batumi promenade. Breakfast was lovely and the family very hospitable. They also organize tours and excursions. Two types of rooms: apartments and double/triple standard. Elevator for suitcases. Small patio to chill. Quiet, while close to everything. The hotel is in a little side street so not the best views. No tax exemption for diplomats in case you need it.

If you travel with a car, parking might be a problem but this is true for pretty much everywhere in Batumi.

Breakfast was simple and parking was available, but not as a separate parking lot, there was only a parking space next to the hotel.

Great location close to old town. Quiet spot in the middle of the block. Nice and clean apartments with all required appliances. Good service. Be aware, there are a lot of dogs on the streets of old Batumi so barking can be annoying sometimes

Breakfast is not served during the off-season.

Off season so no breakfast but plenty of nearby options. I was given a litre of red wine by the charming gentleman that was on the desk during the day.
