Everything!!! We booked this property same day after landing in Batumi, while we were standing in rain. We were not sure about the availability until uncle responded to us. Uncle was prompt, very warm and welcoming, came to pick us up in rain. He gave us his umbrella for us to go around. The apartment is fully equipped with everything that you need. It's compact and cute and located centrally with great accessibility. We paid him only during check out as we did not have our dollars converted, and uncle was completely okay with that. He even let us check out late. We regret staying here only for one night as we had our flights booked, otherwise we would have considered to stay here longer. We definitely want to come back again and recommend others. Nothing

Owner is so kind and good person. I love everything, appartment was very neat and clean, everything was perfect. Need to reduce the temperature of hot water, as when you open hot water it’s coming full boiling water and if you keep on center it coming cold. Need little adjustments for heater temperature, rest everything was perfect.

Nice and small apartment near the center of Batumi. The host was very friendly and invited us for coffee and chacha when we arrived. Everything was in a good condition and clean.

It's a very cosy & nice place for couples or solo travellers. everything you may need is already there. Sometimes you feel you're staying in the open street as it's next to the main street :)

It was my last stop during my travel in Georgia and definitely the best one. The owner of the apartment is very attentive to his guests, he welcomed me with homemade wine, invited for coffee at his house and offered an umbrella and a rain coat on a rainy day. The apartment has everything you need - a big comfortable bed, private bathroom, hairdryer, iron, air conditioning, heater and all kitchen appliances. Generally, it’s very clean and cozy. I will definitely come back whenever I’m back in Batumi.
