Eiffel Hotel

Hotel is a great value option within walking distance of all the major sites other than the casinos. Having stayed in both a small room and a larger one with a terrace during our trip, go for the terrace if you can -- it's a lot nicer. The lady working the front desk (seemingly all day every day) was very kind and helpful They expect payment in cash, so heads up. They're understanding and will let you pay at any point during your stay. We choose this hotel because it was one of the only highly rated ones in the area with breakfast, however it's very average and not worth it in retrospect. Adding a real coffee machine (versus instant) would go a long way. The hotel is along a busy street which means you'll get noise from cars and partiers during the night. People love revving their engines for some reason.

Excellent location and incredibly friendly staff. They kindly offered us a late checkout until 3 p.m. at no extra cost and were happy to accommodate all our requests.

I really appreciated how accommodating the manager was. Every guy who covered the desk wanted to ensure my stay was comfortable and did what was needed to make it happen. The manager carried my suitcase upstairs for me, which I greatly appreciated. The bed was very firm. I do have a pinched nerve in my neck and lower back. I used my duvet doubled under me and the young man working the desk got me another blanket to use. I folded that and was so much more comfortable.

I was forced to pay in cash as card payments came with a 15% surcharge. There was no parking available. I had to approach the night-shift reception staff multiple times to resolve simple issues — after cleaning, not enough towels were provided, and I needed an extra blanket. Eventually, the problems were resolved, but only after repeated follow-ups.

A special thank you to the receptionist, Nazi, for her exceptional support and friendly attitude. She was always helpful and welcoming, which made our stay even more pleasant. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. Gorgeous room with small fridge. No elevator , so many steps, no safe in the room. I had a problem when I arrived. They didn't want to use my credit card ,but after 5 minutes, they explained they did.

The location is also excellent. A 2-minute walk brings you to a beautiful park—perfect for relaxing on hot summer days. The promenade and beachfront are just a 5-minute walk away. What truly stands out is the authenticity and hospitality. The staff are incredibly friendly. They even gave me a ride to the airport at no charge—though I can’t say they’ll do this for everyone, it speaks volumes about their kindness. The room was clean, and everything worked perfectly—no complaints. Some rooms face the street, but there are also very quiet rooms available for those who prefer a more peaceful stay. There are many hotels in Batumi, but if you’re looking for a genuine Georgian experience at a modest price, this is the place to stay. No penny was paid for this review.

A very comfortable hotel located near the old town. The staff is very friendly and ready to help if you need anything. The single room is quite small but very clean and comfortable. I also ordered a breakfast which was very tasty.
