Really nice hotel in a great location near the sea and everything we wanted to see. Staff was super friendly and the breakfast buffet was great. Walls (or floors/ceilings?) were thin, could hear the neighbors.

Very friendly staff, and a handy location to see the sights. Breakfast is Ok, not as varied as the photos indicate, but it was extremely helpful that the staff were open to prepare us some generous takeaway breakfast for the day we needed to leave early by train, before the official start of breakfast. Room and bathroom are fine and clean, albeit small. The room has an empty mini fridge for your convenience, with free waters, and also features an AC. Quick and attentive room service. Reception has a very nice and classy entry area. No elevator, but that’s standard in Georgia. Overall recommend.

I loved the staff! Soooo friendly and always willing to help ? There was a not so pleasant smell in the hallway and the room was a little small for my kids and I.

Everything Nothing

All of stuff in this hotel were really friendly.They helped us to arrange transportation during our stay and at the end from the hotel to the airport. Great location. Hotel is small, clean and cozy. Breakfast was good: tomatoes, cheese, eggs, sausages, etc. Thanks to Diana and Lana for their hospitality! Breakfast starts at 09:00. It would be better if it would start at 08:00. No coffee maker. Comfortable and clean hotel, nice staff and breakfast, good location, great value for money. Room slightly outdated, no smart tv but our stay was very comfortable regardless. Would come again.

The location, polite staff, clean room, comfortable stay in general There was a problem with the drain in the shower, it didn’t take water fast. When I told this to the staff in the next morning, they told me that there was a locker inside which had to somehow open, but when we checked in and they were showing the room they didn’t tell us about the thing - so we had some problems with the shower

Better than expected although shower needs attention as floods everywhere. Breakfast was good.

Clean room, good breakfast. Some bottled water in room. Umbrella for walking. Silence at nights. Hairdryer didn't works.

The hotel smelled absolutely clean, and the fact that smoking was not allowed was very positive for us. The receptionist was very helpful in every way and was truly friendly. I would definitely consider choosing this place again. Thank you so much.

The hotel was extremely clean staff friendly even though didn't really speak English Only aspect didn't like was breakfast didn't start till 9 am

Edit: changed my rating from 7 to 3 because after I left my review, the hotel called me 3 times in a row at night(!) and sent me several WhatsApp messages from 2 different numbers asking me to change my rating. This interaction left a bad impression on me and I will not recommend this hotel. Another edit! fun!: thanks hotel staff for lying, saying I was rude to staff (I didnt speak with them at all, only smiled),I never complained, never asked for special food. this is crazy and hilarious! grow up please, and change your attitude!
