the place was amazing , very clean ,comfortable and good looking place the location was right at the center and was close to all the famous attractions (a perfect location for tourists), the hostess was very kind and nice she treated us excellent, she gave us everything that we needed and even more then we needed and we are very thankful for her help

Good location, the lobby is nice, nice balcony, the stuff is polite. Good wifi. Very bad smell from the toilet, it was just terrible, small room and shower, not very comfortable room.

Almost everything was good. The only thing that we didn't like is that the water in the corridor cooler finished multiple times during our stay and every time we needed to ask the staff to fill it, which a couple of times happened only the next day.

Great location Dishes and floor wasn't clean, shampoo/shower gel bottles was empty, wardrobe door was hard to open, sewer smell if you leave bathroom open

We loved everything about our stay here. The host was very accommodating - he let us choose from a few different rooms (since there were not many people besides us at the hotel), he catered to our special requests for breakfast each day, he offered us to use the washing machine if required and he helped us find a nice and affordable place for a SPA day. The hotel and our room were really beautiful and clean - we would definitely come again if we're ever back in Batumi.
