The only good thing about this hotel was the location. The room was not clean and there were even bugs in the bathroom circling the sink. The room was also stinking of cigarette smoke smell, and neither the open balcony door nor the AC could help with that all day. It was very unpleasant, especially as non-smokers. The hotel staff were not friendly.

the location couldn't be better, a calm neighbourhood in the middle of the city, right in between the old city and the new city. the family room was clean, neat, has a hairdryer, shampoo. the hosts were very helpful, kind and welcoming.

We have stayed for 2 night between 15.02-17.02. Room was very clean and heat was enough. Hotelkeeper lady was smiling and helpful. Housekeeper did not come to check and tidy up to our room after our first night. Hotel corridor was a bit noisy at morning hours, this makes us awake.

Clean. Good for one or two nights. Good shower It’s cozy, but little. It’s not a hotel it’s a guest house. And you can feel a cigarette smoke some times

Location is the best! Overall a great value for money. The hostess is very nice, facilities are clean, family room is quite spacious The mattresses need to be changed. That was the only discomfort

Good location and price. Very clean. Very umcomfortable bed. You can feel the metal spirals in the matress. A table or sidetable would be nice. There was not much room to put our stuff.

The room was clean and newly furbished. The bed seems very old or very unconfortable. it was a bit hard to sleep. The view from the room was not so good. the other buildings are so close to each other. its name is hotel but this can be only a motel. there is no more service than giving room. no room cleaning, no breakfast,no other facilties

Small but clean rooms, in the centre of Batumi. For 1-2 days this is a great location :)
