Excellent location. A lot of cafes, restaurants and shops around, banks, Georgian post, etc. A couple of minutes walk from 6 May Park. Comfortable and quiet rooms, much quieter than you can expect from Chavchavadze/Gorgiladze area. Staff is really helpful and friendly. Next time I visit Batumi I will most probably stay here again.

Excellent view. In my room there were huge windows on the entire wall. Clean beds. Comfortable furniture. Located in the exact center of the city with a wonderful view. Great helpful staff solved any problem. As for the cones I can mention the old floor cover and shower. Also quite simple breakfast.

Good clean and bright rooms, friendly staff, we were comfortable, close to all necessary places, shops, restaurants and others. Water costs 1 GEL, almost market price. We were surprised, it costs 3 GEL in other hotels. Breakfast was light but very tasty, we liked it everything was amazing)

When I came to the hotel at night, the staff at the door kept us waiting until he finished his cigarette around 2:30 pm, although he wrote a different price in booking, he told me a different price, when I insisted, he accepted the price, I was very tired, I waited to enjoy a cigarette, I definitely do not recommend it.

There was no rich menu in the dining room, there was a lack of eggs. There were no bottles of water in the room, no coffee, tea and sugar.

The room was clean and spacious, location was great, between old and new part of Batumi. There was no problem to park on the street. The parking is for a fee, but it was not expensive. The receptionist was not able to advice us regarding the parking, she did not know, whether the public parking was free or not.

The room was spacious, tidy and with a good view. The staff was really good and helpful, and always available. We were even offered free breakfast for our stay. Early checkin was also made possible for us. All these factors made our stay pleasant and comfortable at this hotel.
