When we arrived there was no hot water in the hotel. Staff tried to resolve it - THANKS THEM. The floor was really cold. The temperature in the room wasn't comfortable. Air conditioners weren't unable to resolve the problem. Breakfast was flat.

There was a cuttel but no tea or coffee, far for walking to the city center

Everything is very new and in great condition. The beds were really comfortable and everyone in my family had a great sleep. There’s lots of fenced parking in front and back of the hotel. Would definitely stay again! I’m a person who enjoys coffee in the morning but there was only instant coffee for breakfast..

The hotel is very clean , best hotel ever , i was in batumi for few days also i went to turkey for three hotels there , the legacy hotel is the best one , the cleaneest and most comfortable hotel

Adquate breakfast with some variety and some daily variation. Walking distance to the beach, Metro City Mall and Nos. 3 and 10 bus routes. Busses accept contactless cards. From 23h00 to 07h00 it was generally quiet. Room was comfortable. Musty smell from drains in the bathroom; covering the drains helped. Hotel situated in a booming part of the city with plenty daytime construction at the moment. Surrounded by tall buildings, so not much view. Some furniture for the balcony would be nice for a cup of morning coffee. The desk in the room awkward to use.

We recently stayed at Legacy Hotel in Batumi with two group bookings for 28 guests on separate dates, and both stays were exceptional. The hotel is immaculately clean, and their team went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. From their caring and responsive service to the comfortable accommodations, we had a wonderful experience. We’re already planning to return soon! A big thank you to the management and staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

The rooms were clean. They changed the towels every day. But the washroom needs to be repaired. Water doesn’t go from tap sink and from shower. I hope they will fix it soon

Amazing hotel with amazing breakfast. I liked the hotel very much and everything was perfect including the breakfast was delicious !! Clean and comfortable. It is near to all markets and Grand mall. The only thing i didn't like is the location of the hotel. And , i requested king bed but there was queen one but it is ok .
