The staff was amazing, especially David who was very nice and explained everything on our first day. The room was always clean and the water is always hot. We were a 5 minute walk from the beach and also the grand mall. The hotel has its own restaurant and you get 10% discount for staying there and the food and service is amazing The breakfast menu comes with 6 options so if you like buffet its not for you but still very tasty. If you want to rent a car in batumi, don't. There's barely any parking space and If you find a place don't move the car because you probably won't find another place

Stuff is very polite and helpful. The room was spacious and the breakfast space is very nice. Very good location, close to the sea. It would be nice if they had robes too (with extra fee at least).

The location is not that bad, but not for pleasure, just business. The deco is horrible, the first floor is not inviting, it looks to weird. The decoration, the entrance, the colors.

The location was great. Close to the beach and a mall. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is large, clean, and has everything you need. The restaurant was my favorite part. You could have breakfast or a late night snack. The WiFi in my room stopped working two days into my 4 day stay so I would have to go to the lobby if I needed to get work done.

The rooms were clean and spacious, I was given a room with a balcony and a great view of the sea. They also accommodated my request to check in early, at 7 am, due to my train's early morning arrival, with a reasonable add on fee. The staff, from the reception to the coffee shop, are all friendly and attentive. Nothing really, except for the sometimes on and off disconnection to the internet.

All in all a good experience (some staff members were not so polite) but-there was a camera outside, showing right into our window, to the bed-why?? :D ofcourse you can close the curtains but…why?? Not ok :D

the room interior was what i was looking for, sea view with comfortable balcony. and ofc stuff was very sweet and helpfull i would add washing machine in the bathroom
