location view spacious room near the beach and shopping mall staff at main reception don't speak communicative English . (they have to call their senior colleagues everytime). no variety of options at breakfast. no Lobby . no luggage storage (when we asked, reception said that we can put it under the stairs which takes you to breakfast hall !!! seriously .

it’s location plus the room size and the cleanliness. I reserved a room with a view of the seaside and didn’t get it. instead I got a suite facing other buildings totally blocking the sea view

Amazing view from the room balcony, one of the best hotels to stay in Batumi. Many grocery shops are nearby and a lot of other attractive spots to explore. Breakfast was delicious. Wifi in the bedroom was not stable, but it was alright because it was working well on the other side of the room.

The staff was always generous and helpful, to be commended. To low standard and worn down to warrant 4* status and high price.

The location, few steps from the beach. The receptionist and the concierge people, sometimes they're not around, and I have to wait for them. The A/C is not working properly. I asked for iron, they brought the iron without the table, not available she said. No private parking.
