location, nice breakfast, 24 h reception, security, no waiting for the elevator, nice rooms When i check in i found that there’s no electricity in the hotel so I couldn’t check in unless after 30 mins but the employee was nice

Excellent location and smiling staff. Fast check-in and nice view of the Batumi coast from the 25th floor. Large rooms with nice balconies. Good breakfast. The bathroom has nice improvements to details such as a new shower head. Overall would need some tile / boiler refurbishment. Fully understand that full renovation would cost a fortune and this would have to be paid for by the clients, so ... fine with me. Just note for management.

Not much to be honest They charge me twice the value of the room. They returned my money but in different payment method. The room had smell and the floor had stains everywhere. The bathroom was a bit broken. The breakfast maybe was the best, but still just ok. In general, an awful hotel

That it did not rain on my head, 3 beds for the family. The pictures do not reflect the true room. Generally it was clean but you could signs of damages. Dirty walls, holes in the windowsill. Bathroom was very small. Breakfast was not the best, we actually decided to skip it. The sheets had holes in it.
