location there is no reception its just hotel room not available all time if you want ask help you may not got reply the facilities is very boor there is no carpet however its so cold weather AC not working TV not working staff housekeeper is no speak english so how we will communicate its like a road motel not hotel and its only one floor not a hotel building

The location near the beach was very convenient. Lot of small shops in area to buy food and all the necessary things. Room was small but cozy and had everything for comfortable staying: microwave, fridge, washing machine, tv, electric stove. Was a bit far from the city centre.

The stuff was super friendly, and the communication was great. The localization is perfect, and the view from balcony is ok :) There was a fridge in our, room which is super cool. I think that some things could be added to the room to improve the comfort. For example night stands next to the main bed, and electric sockets near bed.

Good location It looks way different than in the photos, stinks in the hotel, the water in the shower is stinks with chlorine, it has terrible (different) view from the window, the reception does not talk english, there’s not enough sheets in the room, some towels are torn, additional single bed is… an armchair, we have to make our beds ourselves…

The location was great, the staff helpful and we really liked the location and appreciated the balcony with a view to the Black Sea. We didn't appreciate the false advertisement. The hostel comes up with both names - that is Rock Hostel and Rock Hotel, I would consider this misleading. We thought we had booked a budget hotel but it turned out to be a mid range hostel. The administrator worked out of one of the hostel rooms, the bathroom we had smelled quite badly.
