Location The staff are so unfriendly and looking at you like you owe them money and you can never repay. They made us wait at the check in, we were unable to check in on time 14:00, we had to check in by 16:00. The room is very small, there is no mirror in the room, there also wasn’t any clothes dryer. The room needs renovation. The toilet seat is broken, and every time you sit down, it just falls down. We told them about clothes dryer and we only got by the end of second day, and we got it from another guest. They didn’t repair the broken toilet seat. The staff were unhelpful and unprofessional all the time. We asked for one hour or half any hour late checkout, but they made us leave hotel 12:00 the earliest, while they didn’t apologize for the late check-in process and wasted our time . They are incompetent , unprofessional and unfriendly, I would not suggest anyone this hotel. The look at you with sour faces all the time so if you don’t want to ruin your stay , please get away from this hotel. It’s very old. I would never come back here.

Suprisingly the place was very nice and looked WAY BETTER than on the booking pictures ? That's why I attach pictures for future guests to get better impression. The room was clean, family friendly, with home-size fridge, washing machine, cooking facilities, kettle. There is a bigger kitchen/dining room on the premisses with baking owen as well. The place is situated 50 m away from Beit Chabad, very good for shabbat observant people, since there is no eruv in Batumi. The hotel is situated walking distance from the most city attractions, like Ferries Wheel, Ali &Nino monument, alphabetical tower, promenade. At the sea-side you can rent boats and do various sea sports. Not far away from the hotel there are grocery shops like SPAR. The front desk stuff does not speak English. You can get along better with Russian, Georgian or Arabic.

Location in the city. You can go to the rooftop and see beautiful city. Some rooms had broken furniture, the airconditioner was old in my room. There was mixed smell of mold and cheap cleaning agent that was not going away - very strong smell that you can not vent. The rooms are pretty warn off does not look like in the pictures. The paint from the walls come off from the wet weather they have. In couple of days the bathroom started to smell also. The staff was not friendly and told me that I was having the best room when I asked to change becouse af the awful smell, so they did not change the room.

The location is great as there are a lots of restaurants around the area. Tourist attractions are walkable. The room is clean, new and spacious as well as the bathroom. The staff are kind. As there are quite a number of guests, it took us a while to check in but it's manageable, not a big deal at all. It only shows how great the hotel as there were a lot of guests coming at the same time.
