Nothing In the winter, it was very cold. The air conditioning was not working, the window was broken, and we were not able to close it. It was very noisy. At the reception, they were not able to change the room or help with heating the room. Room was dirty , hot water not working . Worst place to stay.

First impression of the room was that there was terrible smell, coming from the sink ... And room was cold, there is one small AC which was not enough even though outside was 5-9 degree ( not that cold) I asked the stuff and they gave me electric heater, but they asked me to go down in reception and take it ?. My room was out of facilities, there is no single sponge or dishwasher to wash my used cups , and the kettle was so old there was mold inside I couldn't even wash it... Really not good value for the money ,not recommend it for this money

Staff was friendly at check-in, you can pay either by card or cash. Overpriced. Location is very noisy and dust is everywhere. The whole district is a one big construction site. Don't expect breakfast in a cafe - there are 2 lunch boxes delivered in a random time in the morning. The apartment is a tiny studio, no place to work, only a bed and a kitchen set. Internet connection is awful, I switched to mobile network after 10 minutes of internet access flapping on and off. It took extra 10 minutes to check-out - I was waiting for a kind of 'approval' that everything is OK in my room.

The Hotel was new. Everything was there and near the beach. Private parkings. Good Value for money. The entry road was a little hard . I booked 3 rooms for my family for 2 days, and the house keeper refused to clean out rooms on the 2nd day as I've been informed they are not tasked to do it daily, so I was out of towels and dirty floor. No phones in the rooms to directly call the receptionist.

it is a new property one of the reason to book a room at salami residence for me was the availability of washing machine. I got the confirmation for that as well but there was no washing machine. to compensate, they did wash my clothes once for free but that was not enough for me.
