Everything was great

The room was perfect, very clean and had everything that a customer may needs at his/her stay. Also the view was great Finding the entrance though looked kinda difficult as at first site it looked like the bottom of the building was abandoned. Eventually we found out that the entrance was a few steps away and we found everything after that as we should. The one thing I did not like was the fact that the curtains couldn’t hide all the morning sunlight, so after 7 am I used to wake up due to the brightness. Lastly,because of the height of the building and the location of the room, if we didn’t use the A/C, the apartment would get really hot. Despite all these, I really enjoyed my stay at the apartment.

The best thing in this room was all the facilities that made our lives easier. It was super clean and very comfortable I would absolutely recommend this place if you want to have excellent accommodation in batumi. Also the view was amazing I can’t even describe it. Make yourself a favour and book this room it will upgrade your vacation really. It was the best decision we made

Pros: Clean property Beachfront views are nice Centrally located to many attractions. Cons: Bed was a bit too firm (Only 2 Bed Pillows) Smell of cigarette smoke from neighbors

Very clean and nice apartment - includes everything you might need. The view is truly fantastic! Sergey and Aneli were very friendly and helpful with everything. Would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone travelling to Batumi! The mattress was quite firm for our backs but that's probably just because we are used to a softer one :)

Of all the places in Georgia we stayed at, this was the best one in terms of everything. The view was amazing and relatives even did not believe that it is the view from the apartments; the host is so welcoming and friendly in communication (he even gave us two Georgian wines, which was really nice of him and the wines were perfect, of course); also the location is really convenient. The best of the best! :)

A decent apartment with all common bugs. Why it has "Swiss quality" in the name, I didn't caught this. Could be some hidden meaning, I don t know. The view from the window and balcony is excellent! The same as everywhere: a broken bathroom fan, missing supplies, loud neighbors, a power outage and so on. Nothing special. Great travelers can live with it :)

Everything it was perfect.The room is so comfortable and view so amazing.Aneli was so helpful is everything.They offered fruit and wine, thank you for this, the room was clean, everything needed was there a bit far in terms of location, but it's okay, taxis are cheap, you can walk

The view from the balcony is amazing, room is clean and spacious and wine from the hosts was a great treat! The location is not central, but the center of the city is not far away, and the walkway along the sea is right near the building. Everything was great.

The apartment was great. Sea view was amazing from 29th floor where the apartment is located. From the balcony you will see wide park/garden named Lech Kaczynski's Park - former president of Poland who sympathized with Georgia. Apart from the park, this marvellous view includes sea and shopping mall. The apartment is well-equipped and very warm. Free car parking is available on the street in the neighborhood, it's always easy to find something there.

Apartment was perfectly cleaned and it had all things which we may have imagined we would need - microwave, dishwasher, laundry machine and even powder for it so we didn't have to worry about buying our own. We had everything we needed and even more and our housekeeper Aneli took care of us very nicely. We could contact her with any question and she was helping us with nothing but kindness which was great support for our first visit in Batumi. We will not have to look for apartment for our next visit in Batumi because we've already found perfect one. :) None.

This apartment was an amazing value - new, fully stocked, including two bottles of wine! - and with exactly the view from the balcony as shown on the photos. There’s a restaurant on the 37th floor that’s associated with a different hotel group but open to other guests in the building - convenient and tasty.
