New renovation, good quality. Very friendly stuff, doing their best to solve problems. some very little issues like hair dryer not installed but hidden in the box and coffee maker isn’t plugged in as its cord is too short.

Our stay was great! The owner is very nice and responsive, check-in was super easy. The room was great, nice terrace, clean and good bathroom, good bed. Highly recommended to stay at this hotel!

The location of this hotel was fantastic...right in the heart of Old Batumi. Tons of restaurants, bars, and shops in the area. We walked to everything. Large bathroom with a washing machine. Large terrace were we ate breakfast each day. There is an elevator, so we didn't have to walk up four flights of stairs. Comfy bed. Two things that were not ideal...the air conditioning and the Wifi. The AC was only in the bedroom. We had to close the bedroom door so that it was cool enough for us to sleep at night, the other room was then roasty hot. The Wifi was pretty terrible; it worked maybe 50% of the time, if that.

I made the reservation spontaneously because I had to stay in Batumi for one day due to personal reasons. The check-in went without any problems and in lightning speed. I found the hotel quite easily. Clean room, in the centre of Batumi, everything was close. Beautiful view from the terrace, and the terrace itself is huge :). The host is very friendly. There was a small fridge in the room, as well as an Electric kettle and glasses, which I was most happy about because I was able to drink tea. Lack of mosquito net on the balcony door. That would be perfect. ;) There is a problem with the washbasin, the water was flowing poorly. Or I didn't understand how it works.

nothing at all there is construction all around. I am not sure that the elevator meets all safety requirements. the air conditioner barely works. although I booked their most expensive room. the closet is broken, the linen is dirty/in stains, the shower cabin is covered in mold and have some yellow deposits, probably from urine. the place is located on the 4th floor of an ordinary house and you have just tiny room key and no security at all. not safe I spent the night in the room and asked to return my money for the remaining days, because the conditions did not suit me and I would be moving out. But the owner began to bargain and said that 'this is not done like that in the middle of the season' and kept the money for herself ACTIVELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
