Very old, beat up hotel. Everything is old and unpleasant. Towels were so rough it hurt my skin. Water does not go away from the shower so you stand in the pool of dirty water.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, who were friendly and professional. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and my room was ready without any delays. The cleanliness of the hotel really stood out – the room was spotless, the bathroom was shining, and everything was well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and all the amenities were in perfect working order. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful throughout my stay. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, they were quick to respond and genuinely eager to help, which made me feel very well taken care of. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing – perfect for resting after a long day. The location was also convenient, with restaurants, shops, and public transport nearby. All in all, I’m very satisfied with my experience and would definitely choose this hotel again in the future. If you’re looking for cleanliness, comfort, and great hospitality, I highly recommend this place.

We have been to Kutaisi for the first time and staying at Hotel Aeetes Palace was a very good experience for us. The hotel is located in the very center, the owner and the staff were very helpful in every sense. Aeetes has big comfortable rooms and one of the best options in the city. If we ever visit Kutaisi again, and very probably we’ll, no doubt we’ll stay here again. Thank you very much.

Location. Outside of the hotel looks good. Needs general repair. Was not enough clean. Almost all the electronic equipment to be renewed.

The location and the old stile vibes The breakfast and the parking: both doesn’t exist. Nescafe without milk is NOT a breakfast, park somewhere around the hotel on the street, is NOT free parking included.
