Internal noise insulation is not in place - you hear every little sound coming from the corridor and other rooms. Toilet flush did not work properly. TV set has to be use via apps only - no cable TV.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel and found almost everything to be just right. The location is very convenient, making it easy to get around. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment. The staff was also attentive and polite throughout our visit. Cons: If we had to mention one area for improvement, the breakfast and coffee selection could be a bit better. Overall, a great experience that we would happily recommend!

The heating system on the floor wasn't working, and we had to change rooms twice

I like everything about this hotel, the location, the room, the bathroom, and even the stuff they were so welcoming and helpful. It’s a great value for the money and it’s really close to Piazza square, and very short walk from everywhere too! Nothing.

I experienced a problem with a stinky bathroom, and despite there being bookable rooms available that night, I was not given a replacement room.

Location fare from the center. 3. The hotel is very poor in terms of facilities 4. Water in the shower was very low in pressure, and it took much time to heat.

Batumi has relatively small downtown, so from Epigraph you may pretty much walk around the whole "old city" attractions. Although taxis are readily available and pretty cheap. Hotel is relatively modern and clean. Some noise from across the street on Friday/Saturday might be, but tolerable imho
