Location is perfect. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was fine. Ironing board was good. The place was totally adequate but could have been a bit more affordable for the value. Only cash was accepted for payment, which created an inconvenience. Toiletries could have been better stocked.

The hotel was situated in the heart of the old city. very convenient, accessable, within walking distance from all prime locations. Great Value for money. Managed by very good couple. Rooms size is ok, Bathroom fittings could have been better. Limited breakfast options which is still ok. Bed sheets, rugs and some cutlery should be made available

The stay is at a wonderful location at a walkable distance from major attractions of the city. The stay owners are very helpful, being very kind in helping with the luggage and also with printing my bus ticket. They accomodated my vegetarian requirements and ensured I had vegetarian breakfast available for both days with variety and not same basic routine. Plz note they accept cash only but there are lot of ATMs nearby.

The internet was not good. Slow and with tons of disconnections..

The location was top-notch, right in the center and within walking distance to most places we went to.

Dzveli Batumi is a charming area full of character, where old architecture meets a lively atmosphere. It’s perfect for walking, exploring local cafés, and experiencing the city’s history and culture up close. Nothing to mention

Great location and friendly owners. The door is not marked as it’s under construction. The sign with the name is actually inside the door. My room had a cigarette smell to it. Also, the shower had no curtain and it was very tiny so water went everywhere.

The location, the room and the view from our room, breakfast and the people who were extremely helpful.

Location, Food, No lift, challenge in shifting bags.

Location: First, the hotel has no signboard or any directional signage. I tried a lot to search around the buildings to find out where it is. Room: There is no available elevator; you must take the stairs to reach your room, located on either the first or 4th floor, along with your luggage if you have any. Breakfast: it's disaster, served outside the building and you have to cross the road to other building to reach to what they call it returent which is not, no available guiedance sinages and staff to tell you where to go, moreover the breakfast served by one old person and his wife provide the food by one plate only, we saw him present to us the bread by his hands without gluves, no even clean water to drink or coffee machine available, however when we asked about clean water to drink they told us to dring direct from building water tank. The hotel has ranked 9.2 since 2017, and we are in 2025. If the evaluation is done again, it must be no more than 3/10 Location: First, the hotel has no signboard or any directional signage. The location is really close to the center (15-20 min walk). The owners were very nice and helpful. One thing we didn't like about the cleanliness of dishes and a room. The toilet is tiny and not convenient. But the size of the room was really big. The food was okay, not so much.

Good location, everything you want to see is 15-20 min walk away. Shops are close by, train station is 15 min with car. Proper breakfast included. Staff are nice people. Water was leaking in the bathroom so I had to take my socks off every time I went to the toilet. The shower does not have a courtain so it was hard to shower in the small bath tub without flooding the bathroom. Also the room was full of ants, so I had to pack my food tight. They were swarming the trashbin. I have also found another bug running around that I could not identify. There was also a gigantic spider crawling on the courtain.

Great location in the old district, clean and spacious room, ok breakfast, friendly hosts. If i have to pick something negative, only that the area is heavily under renovation/construction (buidings/roads)
