location there was a man in reception, lying down with shoes off all the time, disrespectfully. he played videos from his phone, i had to get out and warn him. he had loud guests, i had to literally get up and warn him at 2 am. so bad experience that i checked out 1 day early. this facility was not like this. next time i go there. if i see this man, i will cancel my booking and find another place.

I stayed for 2 days , it was amazing and I loved it, super clean and you can feel you are at home, I really liked nana in the reception she is very kind , respectful, and nice lady, and lastly this hotel is close to everything such as old batumi and to the boulevard and other stuff.

The location is unbeatable - restaurants, shops, parks, currency exchange counters , etc. The walk to the promenade along the sea only takes about 10 mins from the hotel. It's a family- run place and very clean There' also s a mini-fridge and microwave in the room. Everything was perfect.

Stayed in this hotel and was very satisfied. The hotel is new, everything in the rooms is absolutely fresh - from furniture to curtains, dishes and bathroom fixtures. It is very nice to be in a place like this where everything is clean, modern and neat. There is a kitchen corner with a stove and all the necessary utensils, which was also very convenient. The beds are comfortable, the linen is soft and fresh. You can feel the care for guests in every detail. Especially want to note the receptionist at the reception - very friendly, attentive and responsive! Helped with any questions, always with a smile and a sincere desire to help. The location was perfect, very close to all main attractions. Staff very polity and ready to assist 24/7. The room very clean and bed comfortable, even for person with spinal bones problems. Of course, I recommend this hotel...

The room was clean and safe. It was actually a studio with a fridge and coffee maker. Maybe I didn't pay close attention but I did not see a sign at the door. I did not know that the hotel was on the ground floor.

Good place to stay. They accommodated my late night check-in. The staff were friendly. The room was comfortable for my short stay.
