This Aparthotel refused to check us in. When we arrived we were told that other tourists have not checked out, so there are no available rooms. We were forced to search for other properties to stay. They did not let us know in advance, horrible experience

Very polite and supportive hosts. Everything designed for comfortable rest. Iron and ironing board, kitchen, appliances. Great location for cultural people who admire the beauty of architecture. Thanks.

the location and the hospitality of the hotel are great. The staff is friendly. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable enough. The building looks very presentable from the outside and many spots of interest are easy to reach. The street is quiet, with many cafes around and a convenience store. The room is small, the light is weird, and the floor is shabby. The hotel is not in its' best condition. I understand the season is high, but the price seems to be a bit exaggerated for the room

Nice place for staying for one night. But balcony doors wasn’t closing and there was noisy, because walls probably are thin. In the rest it was good, man from reception was very kind and helped me with the luggage

Very good location, the host is kind. The bed linen is clean, but the room has a heavy smell, damaged furniture, dirty soft furniture, there is dust. This is not visible in the photos. In Georgia, they do not have Georgian-speaking staff, which is against the law. The staff speaks Russian, and when we don't answer in Russian, only then in English

The owner thinks it’s ok to have a LOUD group conversation with loads of people st 1 am. Kids running around and disturbing everyone trying to sleep! Totally inconsiderate!!!!

Conveniently located, decently furnished, nice terrace on the top of the building. It’s clean, but not to perfection. I believe they are understaffed.
