Hotel BLOOM Batumi

We had a pleasant stay overall. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. When we first checked into our room, the air conditioner wasn't working properly, so the room felt warm and humid. The staff kindly offered us two fans, but I asked if it would be possible to change rooms instead. They accommodated our request, and the new room was much more comfortable, with the air conditioning working perfectly. The only real disappointment was the breakfast. There was very little choice, and the selection was quite limited. I would not recommend paying extra for breakfast, as there are much better options at nearby cafés.

More of a 3 star hotel, problems with hot water, had to wait for 10-15min to get it, asked for a quiet room - got a room facing the main road, not enough towels in the room, staff not very friendly

The hotel is located on a quiet and peaceful street in the old part of Batumi. There is no noise and no disturbance at night. The room was immaculately clean and had all the conditions for a comfortable stay. Everything was provided, from disposable hygiene products to bathrobes and the best Georgian wine. The hotel's inner courtyard and rooftop terrace, from which an amazing 360-degree view of the city opens, are especially worth mentioning. I would like to thank the hotel's reception and restaurant staff. Breakfast was delicious and wide variety of foods. Full recommendation for both a weekend getaway and a family vacation. Nothing!

Excellent location and large space. Staff can be more proactive to help but they are still nice. Bath water is not hot sometimes.

Room is big enough. Changing bathroom appliances everyday. Good breakfast with big amount of dishes. Bathroom wasn't clean. Conditioner is too noisy at night

Decorative and minimal design approach, humble but cozy and warm. Mostly new furniture and facilities. Great breakfast! Staff was patient, helpful and informative. Lobby could use another touch. Warm water takes forever to reach the hose.

The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Old Batumi and close to everything. The breakfast is excellent, and I’d like to especially mention the gentleman in the breakfast room for being very attentive and welcoming. One small piece of advice: the bathroom could use some repairs (I stayed in room 401).

Everything is great!

The rooms are a little tired. The main lamp was blinking in my room. One of the bedside lamps in my parents' room was not working. Some towels are not ok, one of it in my room one day had holes in it. And on the other there was an old, unwashed stain.
