Very comfortable room in a quiet location a few blocks from the high traffic areas. Giorgi was extremely helpful and made our stay worry free. We walked to all areas of the town from here. I would stay here again.

It was affordable and clean. The bed was comfortable. Check in and out was fast and simple. The only thing that could have been better is that the room I had was poorly insulated against noise from the street. It’s in a quieter neighborhood, but still was noisy sometimes.

Fast check in and clean room. We asked for neighbouring rooms and they made sure we got them. We had a nice view from our room. Only downside is that after showering, the whole bathroom is filled with water and there's nothing that you can use to wipe that - having a shower cabin would be nice.

The person in reception was very helpful and kind. The walls were not voice proof and voice isolation of room was poor.

A very clean hotel, quiet, nearby is a grocery store, there is a kitchen on the top floor where you can make breakfast and coffee (you have to buy ingredients, the hotel does not serve the breakfast). The city center and beaches are 15-20 minutes away by easy walk, or 5 minutes by taxi (not expensive in Batumi, but the use of Bolt is recommended). Great value for money.

The value for money ratio is ok. The beds are comfortable. Each room is equipped with an air conditioner and a kettle, while an ironing board is available in the corridor. Additionally, the hotel offers a washing machine as an extra service. The host is helpful, and the surrounding area is quiet. The room itself was very small; the bed took up three-quarters of the space, and the table was low and also small. The sink was leaking significantly, requiring us to manually block the water supply each time. The shower was positioned above the toilet without any partition. The lock was slightly jammed, making it difficult to retrieve the key and raising concerns about potential damage when turning it.

Rather nice location, some places to eat around, ~30 minutes walk to the city center and Black sea. The beds were comfortable, Wi-Fi was fine, the owner (Georgii) is very friendly and helpful. There were no problems to find a parking space despite the hotel has no private parking. The payment is accepted in cash (different currencies) or by card. Not a complaint, but the shower zone could be delimited from the rest of the bathroom, everything was in water while showering, but it's the consequence of the room size.

It seems to be the only place in Batumi without odd odor in the bathroom amongst the other 5 or so properties I visited. Also it's affordable and has more or less quiet location. I spend only 4 days, so it's hard to know. Perhaps location could be better. Lighting is not enough at evenings.

It does not have that strange smell in a toilet room that the most hotel in Georgia have. Location is not the best, but it has a lot of parking space nearby. It also has a weak light, but I am sure this can be easily fixed
