You have to ride around the house a few time, if you need parking. But you will find it. Parking on the street is free.

Bed mattresses are not in good condition. People with back pain may suffer.

The staff over at Jesis Batumi is something out of this world! They managed to check us in after 3am when our bus got delayed at the border for hours! Super flexible and great communication over all! Also the room was exceptional for the price! Good beds and a nice setting.

Just don’t book in advance. If they find someone who will be willing to pay more for your room, they will cancel your booking. And for sure it will be the very last moment.

Nice house and location with a beautiful garden. Very poor communication, we ended up in a room we didn't book with a double bed instead of 2 singles, we had to go ask them for an extra pillow and towel as well because they had only given us one. We ended up leaving earlier than planned to go stay elsewhere because they hadn't given us a key to our room so we couldn't lock it for the day. There was nobody on ther property and nobody answering the phone all morning.

They were friendly The lock on the room door was broken, the room did not have a trash can.

The host was very kind and lovely person. Friendly and warm. Typical Georgian woman. The opportunity to cook is great as I'm vegan and the city doesn't offer much. The location is also fine even though is a bit far to walk in case you wanna get back home , rest and leave again. İnternet was good! Unfortunately I was very dissatisfied and disappointed from the hygiene and the condition in the bathrooms, toilet, kitchen and my room. I was simply disgusted to have a shower or to use the toilet. The room also was not fine and clean as also need to be renovated. The refrigerator and the oven in the kitchen was incredibly dirty so I actually didn't want to cook which was the main reason why I have booked this place. There is a very cute young dog that is afraid from the noise and people outside so he was waking us up everyday at 04, 05 or 06 o'clock in morning. The area should be quiet, but the nextdoor houses are also guest houses and because they are to close to each other is very noisy if some of the guest stay overnight at the balcony and have fun.

It's a guest house where you basically live in some room and there are a several small rooms on the second floor, and few inhabitants on the first floor. It doesn't worth its price because if you add 10 or 20 more lari, you can have double room with your own bathroom. I don't think that a cat and a dog is a nice idea for travellers as you can spend the remainder of your vacation recovering from some kind of exotic illness

The location of the homestay is good, not far from the beach. We just stayed for one night in a hurry and didn't know about other facilities Wish there were some racks for drying clothes in the room

The room was tiny and it was supposed to have a double bed, but had two single beds. The room had a large wardrobe but it was locked! No microwave. Shower rooms on a different floor...

Lovely hospitable hosts. Good location in quiet neighbourhood, but close to shops and eateries. Not far from centre and beach - very walkable. Good facilities and kitchen. Highly recommended.

It was everything I needed, quiet, comfortable and warm. My hostess was always ready to help.

Idk if he was part of the family or not, but there was a man who kept smoking inside despite no smoking signs. We do not smoke and dislike the smell especially when eating in the common area, where he would smoke.
