Beautiful property with beautiful views, gorgeous outdoor areas. I love how much outdoor seating areas with shade there was around the property. Front desk staff was extremely friendly and so helpful!

Very nice facility as to location and the amenities provided. The staff always are amazing (courteous, friendly, capable), and the facility is very clean. Breakfast is amazing. The room faced east, and when we got to the room, the a/c hadn't been on due to (presumably) one of the staff leaving the sliding door a bit ajar, hence the a/c shut off. It took hours to cool the room, and even then the a/c was insufficient to get to the desired temperature.

Beautiful hotel!

The bar had relatively cheap food, but could’ve used more advertising otherwise we wouldn’t have known they had it. The air conditioning didn’t work because the switch on the door kept triggering and making the system think the door was open.

Parking isn't cheap but you know it when you book.

Location and atmosphere

check your bill carefully as they very tricky / sneeky try to put a 5 % service fee over the total in the middle of your invoice; so you do not notice ????

Wonderful private (hotel) beach. Fantastic view from the lake-view suite and the breakfast terrace. Nice outdoor pool and huge indoor pool. Perfectly equipped fitness room. Dog friendly ?. Junior Suite rather small. Limited space in the room. Separated little bedroom cosy, but the bed quite small (suitable for a kid).

Everything I liked everything

Cheesy cruise ship glam vibe for sure. Nothing “authentically Italian”, really was like a cruise ship on land. Which is uniquely its most endearing draw back traits. If you’re ok with that vibe, then this place is for you!

Loved all the amenities. Found breakfast to be overpriced so we had lovely breakfasts offsite for a lot less. But the pool and beach area were excellent for kids/families. The property is huge and beautiful! We had a great time. The location is perfect for convenience. I was also able to do laundry just a five minute walk down the street. The ferry to the islands is next to the property as well and a market happens there as well. Our phone either didn’t work or the staff didn’t pick it up for room service. I had to call from my cell home to general number for all properties and they transferred me to room service. However the food delivery was very prompt!

The hotel is historic and has indoor and outdoor swimming pools. It's a great choice for a family. This hotel is overrated and should not be 4-star hotel. Everything is you have to pay for, including water in the room. I didn't like the rate used for daily use of parking. I'm glad that we booked without breakfast, as the breakfast is below 2 2-star hotel.

Aside from the spectacular lake front location that can take your breath away, the landscape architecture by Paolo Villa. Read the coffe table book cover to cover. Amazing. Have no negative comments.
