Hotel Beau Rivage

Incredible stay! Waking up to that lake view was a dream. The hotel has such a warm, cosy atmosphere, and the staff are wonderful—especially the friendly and helpful people on reception and restaurant. They truly made my trip special. A perfect Italian getaway! A bit old furniture in rooms.

We spent two nights at the BR and had an excellent stay. The hotel is close to the center and a short walk to the point where boats depart to the islands. Staff at the reception and in the restaurant is very friendly (a pleasure to interact with them all!). The room is spacious, comfortable, very clean and well furnished with a perfect en-suite bathroom. It has a small balcony with a view over the lake; beautiful! Restaurant is good. The food is simple yet tasty. Breakfast is varied, plenty and excellent! There are lots of restaurants nearby, which is also convenient. Good WiFi. Secure free car park is provided; again a great plus. Overall, EXCELLENT. We will definitely be back!

The pool area was great, ocean views, perfectly located next to good restaurants and shops. The key to get in the room was finicky

My major problem with the hotel is they did not tell me that they close the doors at night. There is night staff on but I could not see any bell or door entry system. I eventually went to the car park and managed to buzz someone to let me in. However that turned out to be a resident who then contacted the night staff. The breakfast room is large and items are spread out far and wide. I am disabled and I found this an inconvenience, especially when you had to search for where items were.

Very good location, close to city center, lake and restaurants. The parking is quite large, the stuff is very friendly in efficient. The breakfast was below expectations, limited choice. There was very strong smell of some cleaning material in the room.

Great place, free upgrade, free parking, fantastic view over the lake! Our dog was happy in the suite, only € 10 for him per night. He was not allowed in the breakfast and dining area which was no issue for us. Reception service was outstanding. none I can think of. Well the road is a bit too busy, traffic too fast there. Of course that's not the hotel's responsibility.

Would have liked a rooom facing the lake. The bed was very uncomfortable. It was too firm.

The hotel has a great position in front of the lake, the room was super comfortable and the staff has been lovely and professional. We had chance to enjoy the pool too. Overall I loved the vibes and atmosphere, the staff availability and kindness has made the difference! The food provided for dinner could definitely improve. Also the pool may be a bit too small during peak time and at full capacity.

The hotel is lovely . A little dated in places but hugely comfortable. Overlooking the lake and very close to the hub of the town . Perfecto !!!! The water pressure in our room 316 was poor , a mere trickle ….. The table & chairs in the small garden need to be a bit more sturdy. Coffee and orange juice at breakfast could be much better .
