Windows were not closing, water heater was working on and off. I am not sure if I would recommend it. Location was good though.

Towel is old and need ro be replaced. Bedsheet seems clean but itchy all over my body.

It's very close to queenbay mall The neighborhood was noisy at night. 2. Room has cockroaches n ants 3. Not easy to access to hotel 4. No parking lot during daylight

too small for that price. towel not enough clean. water pressure too slow for hot shower.

At 11.00am after call only the Staf came from home. We face difficulty while doing check out. Full of car parking. No place to park car. The office was locked without Staf. Defect room was given to us. We three of us took unpleasant shower .

The receptionist not friendly. I come 13.30 and cannot enter because check in must be 14.00. No reception before that time. I ask for refrigerator and she said no. The air con is not working and the room was so hot. Shower very slow, you can take a shower but must wait for 20 minutes. They dont have lift, only stair I only stay for 15 minutes and change to another hotel.

The location was near Queensbay mall. Check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. Friendly staff. Wifi was good too. The room had an odd smell when I first entered. The sheets and the towels did not seem very well cleaned either. The toilet seat looked to be falling apart and there were ants everywhere in the bathroom. While the location was near Queensbay, it was also opposite a pub where it would be quite loud at night.

It was located nearby the Queensbay Mall and the variety restaurants in Penang. Additionally, the circumstance was appropriately rest and recreation. Most of facilities were not clean such as the room, the bathroom, the towel and the blanket. The hotel was located compounding with the several companies or business offices, so the guest could not park the car immediately when arrived. The hotel staff suggested that the guest should wait after 5-10 PM (after business hours) for parking.

Supercool air conditioner Need to have a height table to place things on it at lower ground side. Need a mirror outside of the washroom too. Hanging clothes closet to place in the convenience place is much more better

Very convenient to find food and restaurant between walking distance Room size is consider overcharge, not in the value. Bed bug is extremely bad, very itchy after staying for some times. My whole body is being bite by bed bug. Need time to recover.
