We had a wonderful experience! The hotel is in a great location, making it super convenient to get around via Grab. The environment was spotlessly clean, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Highly recommended! NONE

The housekeeping staff forgot to clean my room during one of my stays.

The room is clean. Perfect size for a couple with reasonable price per night. The bed is comfortable. The location is ideal and surrounded by food places. The lift wasn't function well at the time during my stay. The level where i stayed in, one side of the lifts weren't accessible with card. I will have to exit from the lift and wait for the opposite lift to come. Took me awhile to send away the faulty lift so the other lift could reach me. I heard from the cleaner that it wasn't just that day. It could be a long term issue which hasn't been solved.

TV didn't work, toilet didn't work - took maintenance 2 attempts to rectify - obviously didn't test after the first "repair."

Breakfast is the best highlight of the stay, its provided from the Iconic hotel and its very comprehensive. Well worth it. The room is on a very high floor (40th floor), thus wait for lift can take a long time on certain times of the day.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I especially loved the view from Level 42 where the swimming pool is—absolutely superb! Parking was free and generally easy, although it can be a bit challenging when there’s an event or program happening at the hotel. A few small things could be improved, such as adding a towel rack, a mirror for dressing, and a clock in the room for convenience. Despite those minor issues, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again if I visit Penang in the future! No towel rack, no mirror for dressing-only in a bathroom, no clock
