Location but better hotels in Bayonne…. Avoid Dirty. No facilities in rooms. Tired rooms with chipped paint and poor decor. Poor staff attitude and no tea or coffee making facilities or bottled water available. Awful… find another hotel

The service was really nice. Location was great as I was a 1 day guest, travelling South. Restaurants near by, highway near by, but overall quiet. Chargers for electric cars The breakfast could have a bit more choice even though could still eat quite healthy

Loreak is a nice small hotel. It is well furnished and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is amazing how its restaurant is welcomed. When we were there, it was full at lunch time during our two days’ stay. We tried it out when we got there and the food was very tasty. We were surprised to find that hotels in this area do not provide cups in the room, nor do they provide kettles, tea, or coffee, which are fairly standard elsewhere nowadays.We were not very comfortable going down to the reception for each cup of hot water, although the receptionists were always happy to help.

Staff were very helpful and professional, breakfast was delicious and room was quiet. Easy to catch but in to Biarritz Bit dated

Check-in was quick and easy. Air conditioning in the room. Free parking. Close to highway and bus stop. Bathroom was small.

There isn't a power outlet next to the bed.

The room was very quiet, clean and confortable. It is a good hotel for a few days; we were visiting Biarritz, by car, that is not so close.. but with the car it was ok. We knew this from before.. Nothing to do in the neighbourhoods, you need a car to go around. Plus, the room didn’t even have a simple tea or coffee to drink. It is the first time ever that this happen to me. Providing tea or coffee and hot water is something so simple to do.

Perfect location for a trip to the south of Spain. Easy to find off the motorway. Staff all speak very good English but we try to speak French as we are in their county . Rooms great beds comfortable. Breakfast like an all you can eat diner. Car chargers on site. What’s more to ask they did great

Easy access from A63 good bus service to centre Bayonne. Shops stores restaurants close by.

Arrival and evening meal where great, staff very helpful Checkout was a shambles, staff did not seem to know what they were doing. Booking.com were paid days before, I checked in online and also entered my card details. During the night card was charged with dinner. I the morning they wanted to charge the card again. This led to a lengthy delay in departure.
