The staff was really helpful. I liked the vending machines, Room was good and clean! Only issue is coffee vending machine only takes coins- but staff helped by letting me pay by card and use the machine in breakfast nook

I liked the restaurant attached and the beds were comfy and clean. the room was very small for three people but still fine.

Breakfast was great. Many choices. Big breakfast room. The bus services this area but you have to walk about 10 minutes to get there. Not very good for people with lots of baggage but easy if you just have a backpack.

Excellent staff! Clean facilities, great breakfast and restaurant on site. Signage to get in was minimal so we had to drive around a bit.

Front desk staff were excellent. They were very helpful. We felt that our room was a bit too warm even with the air con on as cool as it would go. It was a very hot and humid day. I asked at the front desk for an electric fan just to get some more air movement and she went out of her way to find us one which worked very nicely and helped us sleep more comfortably. Breakfast staff and food were great. The hotel had a pleasant outdoor patio, where we could sit and enjoy a glass of wine before dinner. There was also a restaurant next door where we had a delicious dinner. The access driving into the hotel was difficult to find. We ended up driving around in circles a few times before getting into the parking lot. It would be helpful to have more clear signage on the main road to indicate how to enter the hotel property. Room was too warm, but the fan the staff provided made a big difference.

A terrible place. The room was like a prison cell, the location dreadful and the price extortionate. Don't stay here.

The location was great to get in and out of Bayonne including the spacious parking lot. For a long road trip this was a great place to recharge for any big trip A bit of humidity but the air-conditioning kept us crispy and cool

It’s great value. Clean room. Smily and friendly staff. Breakfast was good for value. I wish to stay longer but it was fully booked for the long weekend. Definitely consider a choice next time we are back in Pays Basque

It's a budget hotel, basic but clean. 3kms outside of Bayonne. Stayed here twice. Likely the last time. Receptionist was ok, not particularly helpful but we got checked in etc.
