Eco Inn Suites by Hotel O Baytown

There was shootings the night we stayed and got told from neighbors it’s normal.

Cheap price, good location for my purposes, fridge, microwave I've stayed in many one-star motels, so I wasn't expecting much. It appears to mostly cater to permanent residents, as evidenced by open doors, bbq grills, and residents lolling about. The room had not been used for some time, I arrived at night and had to use my phone to see to plug in the lamp (the plug was behind the bed) and the a/c (I had to get down on my knees to find the plug.) The room had not been cleaned recently. There was a glob of hair on the wall of the shower, which was clogged and drained slowly. (There was good water pressure and plenty of hot water, though.) The a/c was cooling, but not pulling humidity out of the air. As a consequence, all metal fixtures in the room were rusted and dripping with condensation. The pictures they have posted must have been taken years ago. Sadly, this property is facing its inevitable demise. RIP ?

Nothing it was horrible experience. The rooms were very outdated and old dirty had burner stains everywhere. The parking lot and surrounding area was not very family friendly. It made us very uneasy having our small children there we stayed about 15 minutes and left. And was told that we would have to get our refund through booking.com but when they submitted to the facility, then they would approve my refund, but it has been seven hours and I still can’t get anyone to reply. It says to give 24 hours so we will see you tomorrow if I actually get my refund back but it was not safe for my family to stay there so we left. Update the reviews online to reflect what the property actually is like and when there’s a problem and has to cancel, then she’ll be able to get your money back. If they say they’re going to approve it not that you have to wait until booking.com refund the money and there’s no number to call booking.com so you have to do everything by email and you’re just wondering if they’re actually gonna approve it like they say they would or if they were just saying that because you were there

The staff was apologetic Was asked to pay in cash, no ID required. I arrived with a toddler & immediately felt unsafe. The room was crawling with cockroaches when we entered. The beds were disgusting.

Everything went smoothly, and I felt relaxed the entire time. I’d definitely stop here again on my next trip.

Staff was great but the rooms smell bad

Getting around nearby areas was simple during the stay. The room felt calm and well maintained. Staff behavior was respectful and reassuring.

This place delivers exactly what you want from a motel and then some. The room was spotless, the bedding was comfortable, and the check-in process was smooth and stress-free.

I was scammed! They never even saw me! They stole my money!

The room reeked, I don’t imagine the room I was in had been cleaned in several weeks. It is also an extended stay so keep that in mind if you HAVE to stay here. While using the bathroom a cockroach decided to climb up the wall which was a little unpleasant. You get what you pay for but it wasn’t even worth the price listed, I would have to spray cologne on the air vent to try and dim the smell it was so potent, very unpleasant smell. On the positive side, the water pressure was good and the water was hot. The light switches were old fire alarm buttons which I was confused with at first, but quickly found out when I had to use the bathroom and go to the sink in the back of the room. Just spend the extra 20$ a night and you would not regret it.

The owner was pleasant and polite. The housekeeper wasn’t present like he said, no refrigerator, the mattress was like the one you get off the side of the road has been rundown, wore out no life in it there there was no more control to the TV. The key did not work to open the door so one person had to stay in there. Make sure you get back in The only water that was in there was from the sink and you can flush the toilet, but you could not take no shower. I know it’s hard times I know you have to manage just because you and a low volume area, don’t mean you have to be low volume

Nothing was unique about the property they need to close it down

Straight up trash I’ve never in my life seen nothing like the filth roaches everywhere I wouldn’t want this place to have anything to do with my website it wouldn’t even be offered on here
