The room has not been cleaned for the whole week I was there.

The staff was absolutely so incredibly crazy rude

Crappy conditions. Wall plates covers were missing on all switches and plug

Nothing I never stayed the night. The lady at the desk was so rude to me and walked away. Very rude staff

Infested with roaches no refrigerator Cleaner, exterminator

Dirty, roaches, won’t stay anymore.

We walked in our room roaches everywhere. Tried to get refund immediately refused told we had to wait.

I never got to stay there through booking because nobody's there to the next day and then I didn't get my money back from booking

Location Cleaning

Staff was great

There was a mix up with the reservation and Julia was so helpful with the solution and was quick to fix the problem took a lot of stress off my plate I will definitely stay at this location again when I travel thru

Only good thing was the location. First and foremost was the smell of weed EVERYWHERE. Outside, in the lobby, in the elevator and the hallways. Like it said it was everywhere. The hotel Is very run down and outdated!

Nothing The receptionist was rude and gave an away my room that I reserved and paid for to another guest.

The front desk did not open till about 10 o’clock and it closed earlier around nine 10 o’clock at night. Staff was rude. The room was dirty. The blankets were dirty. They were broken things in the room. The whole floor I was on smelled like drugs and smoke I would not recommend this place for anybody.

Clean room and quiet

Nothing really Room small, bed small bed squeaky, outside noise loud… on top of that THE WIFI DOESNT WORK INSIDE THE ROOMS ONLY LKACE IT WILL CONNECT IS BY VENDING MACHINES OR OFFICE… the staff didn’t care just said “oh it tends to do that in some parts of building”
