Beautiful place. We will be back!

Loved the lower cottage! Extremely clean, easy access, private patio and spacious!

We didn't like much our room (main level of the Inn), particularly the bathroom. It was dark and uncomfortable to use the sink. The highlight of the stay was the breakfast, and very nice and friendly staff.

dinners for a fixed price also there is bar service , location is unbeatable for water views and short walk to historical downtown shopping , the inn is unique and a rare find

This a historic hotel, not a modern glitzy place. The staff were excellent and treated you personally as if you were a cousin. It reminded me of how service used to be. It is located one block from town so everything is a short walk. Breakfast was excellent as well.

Staying at this historic hotel was an absolute delight. The property itself is full of charm, with beautiful preserved details. From the warm welcome we received from Emma to the wonderful breakfasts served each morning, nearly every aspect felt special. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making for the perfect getaway. The hosts clearly take great pride in maintaining the property while ensuring the guests are comfortable. The only area that could use a bit of improvement would be the cleanliness of the room. While it was not a major issue, a more thorough cleaning would have made our stay flawless. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a charming and memorable stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Room 302. The property is in a perfect location to visit historic Beaufort. The staff is outstanding and the breakfast is amazing. Highly recommend!

Stayed a few nights, everything was perfect. The help was very friendly & accommodating. Stayed on the top floor, the views were amazing!

We loved our short stay at Anchorage 1770! Wonderful property, beautiful views and we loved our room. They even helped us arrange a boat ride with Captain Tim which was fantastic. We will be back!

Room was very clean & comfortable. Service was outstanding, breakfast was delish! Walking distance to the old, beautiful homes of Beaufort, located in downtown & accessible to shops and local merchants. Bikes are avail to see more! Loved the stay!!

Great property at a wonderful location.

Beautifully renovated historic gem in the middle of Beaufort. Great for a romantic getaway. The staff were very Welcoming and assisted with all aspects of our vacation.
