Good price but run down

The staff were very helpful and accommodating; however, the hotel rooms are in serious need of updating. The furniture is outdated, and the air conditioners leak, leaving the carpets beneath them wet and creating a damp, mildew-like odor throughout the room. The excess moisture and standing water also appear to attract large water bugs, which was very unpleasant. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was underwhelming, with limited options and overall quality that did not meet expectations. While the staff provided excellent service, the condition of the rooms and the disappointing breakfast significantly detracted from the overall experience.

As for the good the room was clean, beds are pretty comfy just a little hard and shallow. AC was cold, rooms and hallways smelled good. For the bad the hallways looked kinda dingy and rundown especially the first floor. I went to swim in the pool and there was a very Subtle hint of feces smell in the whirlpool. The pool is 4ft deep and seemed clean enough only due to the mass amount of chlorine that gets put in the water. The entrance was super nice besides the outside overhead outdoor that’s like 20ft high was filled with wasp nests and made the initial entrance look run down. For $157 I expect a little more care from the hotel but over wasn’t a terrible stay.

Staff was all really nice and helpful. Didn't really need a whole lot from them. But you can tell it's an older hotel. Are air conditioner you could not turn it up. So it was freezing in our room most of the time unless you turned off the air all together. Which didn't happen very often with the heat wave coming on. You can tell it's a little worn down. Some of the trim was missing in the bathroom. Bathtub was too slick for me to get into to take a shower. Luckily we're only there for two nights. The first night, they were out mowing and using the blower into almost 10:00 at night. Bunch of kids running down in the hall, and whoever was above us was stomping quite a bit. But I guess with kids that's to be expected. I would just like it if the staff would be mindful of younger kids and either put them on the bottom floor so they're not disturbing the guest below them.

The pool is not what it looks like at all. The gym is very tiny and not clean. The rooms look like they didn't sweat good. There was something in our garage before we put anything in it.

When we arrived around 7:00 p.m., our rooms weren’t ready. The manager suggested we let the kids swim while we waited, but the indoor pool looked dirty and uninviting. When we finally got our room keys, one room was fine, but the other clearly hadn’t been cleaned. It hadn’t been vacuumed, dirty towels were left behind, there were no clean towels or pillows, and the pull-out couch still had dirty sheets from the previous guests. After calling the front desk for towels and pillows, an employee entered our room without knocking or announcing himself while one of my children was undressed getting ready to shower. That was completely unacceptable. The front desk employee who helped afterward was apologetic and was the only positive part of our stay. The next morning, several of us noticed bites after showering. The day after we returned home, my children began complaining that their heads itched, and I discovered they had lice. We had to spend several hundred dollars on treatments, replace pillows, and spend hours washing and sanitizing everything. I contacted the hotel requesting a refund because of the overall condition of our stay, but the manager refused. Between the delayed check-in, dirty room, lack of privacy, bites, and everything we dealt with afterward, I cannot recommend staying here.

I like that they had free breakfast

The staff was real nice checking and checking out. The room was spacious and clean. The A/C cooled the room down well, I like it cool when I sleep. The only small complaint and i understand it will be different for everyone was the bed was a little hard. I would have no problem recommending someone to stay, I would stay again.

Want be back there! Hotel needs updated

Nothing Everything it was run down and old. Not clean staff was complaining about the company or outside smoking you had to look for people for the front desk. Locks coming loose on doors.

Good for a quick stop through

The front desk staff there were super helpful and very friendly. Everything was clean, although someone in one of the nearby rooms must’ve been smoking cigarettes because our room started to smell horribly of smoke. Please don’t smoke in hotel rooms.

The I wasn't informed of the high deposit for the rooms and half the hotel is under construction, looking like a crime scene.

Half of the hotel was closed off to what looked like construction, wall paper falling off the wall, my toilet wasn’t secure to the floor, shower curtain wasn’t big enough so water got everywhere, hot tub didn’t work
