Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. Standard fare. The hotel manager was excellent in giving advice to local attractions. Shower water was hot and the air conditioner was cold! It’s an older facility, you can tell by the towel and washcloths are not as white as they used to be. Did we have a little mold in the shower tile? Perhaps?

I liked the location. I was told the room I booked on booking com was not available. I had booked a double queen bed room with a roll-in shower. There was a roach and another bug in the bathroom inside the room. The carpet in the room had big stains on it and there was a used bar of soap left in the bathroom. The floors were not clean.

The place was close to the event I was attending. The breakfast was pretty good (eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles). Having an indoor pool was nice, as well. The room smelled very musty, there were no amenities in the bathroom, the empty containers were dirty. The fridge didn’t work and the TV remote was broken. When I reported this, nothing was done about any of it.

Front desk worker was very racist towards my sons and I my was totally disgusting and they made me leave and gave me a trespassing notice and called the cops to get us removed .

It was close to Pariss Island , my daughter graduated from Marine Corps so location was good many food places and grocery stores They were friendly, and I found out that they were private owners the breakfast was good for the kids .

The shower pressure was good and beds were comfy, but our room could have been cleaner, it smelled like cigarette smoke when we walked in our room. The food was the same 3 days in a row and not good. And on our third night staying there the front desk lady only gave me one towel when I asked for more towels and there were 3 of us needing a towel. The next day the manager said there were towels. My family and I will NOT be staying here again. We usually like Country Inn And Suites elsewhere, but this particular property was very disappointing. 😭

Overall it was a good experience. Staff at our arrival was not very knowledgeable or friendly making initial check-in unnecessarily complicated. Issue resolved next day by manager. The facility itself was clean, quiet and pleasant. Breakfast was ok.
