SpringHill Suites by Marriott Beaufort

When we arrived, our toilet was clearly dirty and appeared to have been used, with stains still in the bowl. We went to the lobby to ask for someone to clean it, but the front desk remained empty for the 10 minutes we waited. One of the washcloths in our room was also dirty. The next day, I asked for two clean ones but was only given one because I was told all the others were dirty, which was very concerning. Our shower door did not close properly, causing water to leak all over the bathroom floor. The air conditioning also did not work properly, and our room remained hot even with the thermostat set to 64 degrees. Between the cleanliness, maintenance issues, cigarette smell, and lack of assistance, this stay fell far below the standard we expected from Marriott. We were incredibly disappointed.

The front desk guys are very nice person

I loved our 2 queen suite set up and breakfast was amazing. My one concern is the bed is a little harder than i’d like and the pillows were awful.

Staff was very polite and professional. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was satisfying. I visit Beaufort often and will stay here again. Location was easy to get to.

Our AC wasn't working in our room and the front desk was quick to move us right across the hall to another room. Thank you for the quick fix. Fantastic breakfast, large rooms, and friendly staff. Only thing would be to have a larger pool, but we knew going in the pool was small.

Clean property with friendly staff!

The first room I was given was disgusting. All of the upholstered furniture had large stains and had clearly not been vacuumed since the previous guests. There was grime, hair, and dust everywhere. I went to the front desk to complain and was moved to a new room that was just as gross as the first room. To start, the second room had a pubic hair on the threshold between the bathroom and bedroom. Certain parts of room #2 were marginally better than room #1, but other parts were equally bad or worse. It was already midnight by this point so I slept hesitantly for a few hours before packing up and cancelling the rest of my stay. Shame on the housekeeping staff, and management, for having such a low standard for their guests.

The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was ample but would have liked turkey sausage as an option (just a suggestion).

We loved the room design and layout. Our room had a walk-in closet. The breakfast was good.

The hotel was great, with big suites. Towels had to be requested from the front desk. Body Wash bottle was defective however one was immediately brought to the room. Ran out of toilet paper.
