Sooooo quiet! Staff was great. I haven’t stayed at a Holiday Inn in years but my daughter kept saying, “This is so nice!” My only recommendation is that Holiday inn needs to get on board with the digital experience for staff tips. There was no way to leave a tip by card for housekeeping or the wait staff (breakfast was included with our room).

Staff kind, friendly, and very accommodating. Room was clean, ac worked well. Beautiful view. Pool was closed for refurbishing but we weren’t at the hotel long enough during the day or evening so it didn’t matter to us. Will definitely stay here again.

Thought I was booking a hotel with breakfast, come to find out its extra for breakfast....found a cockroach inside our 2nd night.....definitely wont go back

Everything was good. Clean and very friendly staff. Pool and one of elevators were not operational which was the only downside. Everything else was great.

Clean hotel. Both the hot tub and pool were closed. Advertises a bar but it is a non alcoholic bar which should have been clarified in the website. Friendly helpful staff

If I had known the pool was being refurbished I’d have booked another place. I found out way later you could go to hotel next door I guess and use their pool. I will definitely be back to this hotel though!

Very friendly professional staff. Very helpful with a problem in our room. We went to our room and we noticed the fire sprinkler was dripping water. We called someone came up quickly and we were moved to another room
