Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dayton East - Beavercreek by IHG

This was one of the best hotel stays I've had. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was too notch. Very clean all around. The staff member Mary during breakfast was especially great. Very inviting and professional!

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dayton East - Beavercreek was a wonderful place to stay. The interior is very modern looking and is inviting. My wife enjoyed the "quilt" motif throughout. It's very clean. The breakfast was very tasty and we met a wonderful family during that time and had a pleasant conversation. Thank you to all who were involved.

Clean room. Public spaces also looked clean. Breakfast was good and staff were helpful and friendly.

Great hotel! The breakfast was delicious!

We were in town visiting the Air Force Museum. The reviews for this hotel were great and was how I chose to stay there. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Breakfast was just ok. Not many choices, but what was there was hot and fresh. We would definitely stay there again.

Our ac in the room was not working properly so we had 77 degrees F in the room and could not sleep. A handyman came out to repair but it still didn’t work. Had to change rooms the second night. The staff was very helpful. Hoping to hear from the manager to get a discount

We had a handicapped accessible room on the second floor. I was everything we could wish for, comfortable bed, clean, very accessible shower. We wish we had that shower at home. The staff was very welcoming and hospitable. They went out of their way to help in anyway. Not a thing.

Clean and quiet Two days in a row there were no eggs at breakfast, even though the breakfast ad shows them. Disappointed. On checkout day my key was disabled when I needed it at 1020. Had to go down to the front desk and had it reactivated. The gentleman said it’s automatically deactivate at 10 am. WTF? Checkout is at 11 . I won’t be returning to this location

Room

It was a great stay, other than the issues with breakfast. The room and guest areas were clean and well kept. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast items were not restocked as people used them. They also ran out of items and it got worse as the week went on. Apparently they were waiting on a truck to deliver more items. There was no eggs, yogurt, pancake mix, danish, muffins, fresh fruit, juice, or bread by the end of the week.

We were only there one night but we were impressed. Even the breakfast the next morning was a pleasant experience.

Good: The rooms were clean. the hotel grounds were clean and safe. Safe area around the hotel. Staff was friendly. Gym area was nice. Negatives: The breakfast was good, but not kept stocked. You had to search or wait awhile for someone to help you. Our room was not stocked with enough towels. The pool was pretty small, definitely not big enough for more than a 5-6 people.

The property was clean during our stay. Wish they have more variety of food for breakfast. They didn’t even have eggs. They also ran of food while a lot of people haven’t eaten yet. A lot of us just had a cereal and a piece of bagel. Some left without eating anything, some stayed and were a bit a lucky to got the next batch of food.
