Checked in late because of flight delay. Next night, fire alarm for an hour and finally getting to rest. Smells of burnt whatever in the hallway. Receipt says i checked in at a different time so now i canf evwn use my insurance to get reimbursed for ar least the one night I wasnt even there. Total trash experience.

The breakfast was actually the best "free breakfast" the two people that were manning that area kept it clean they were very helpful and welcoming. I was amazed that the area was so clean and stocked, I genuinely skip the breakfast at most hotels because the areas are usually nasty and picked over. This wasn't the case here.... Great Job

The hotel was nice and everything and everyone was awesome. We couldn't sleep well do to the bed being so hard it was like sleeping on a rock.

The staff was excellent! Besides very good service, the staff went above and beyond. My wife and I stayed there for a week for my mother's funeral. They heard about the funeral and gave us a very nice card signed by the staff.

The only thing I could find out of place about the room was there was about a 6-in blood spot on the floor other than that the room was absolutely immaculate hotel is well taken care of staff was so polite and helpful location was very good a lot of shopping and things to do all in all my experience was a five

The staff were all super friendly, the room was clean and had all the amenities we needed, and the included breakfast was so, so good. We would recommend staying here to anyone.

The room was okay. It could was not as clean as I’m used to for my Hilton stays. Especially, the bedding wreaked of cigarette smells and alcohol in the bedroom. Not to mention the bedroom television did not work. Despite the clerk giving two remotes and requesting to unplug and replug the hdmi.
