La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Fairborn Wright-Patterson

We enjoyed are stay - it was a great value with friendly staff, convenient location and well-maintained property. The breakfast had limited variety.

Room was clean and rates were competitive. Location was good. They get 5 stars for making the beds and leaving coffee everyday! The Keurig was a real surprise.

Room itself was very clean and maintained. However numbers outside room doors were falling off or not even there. Lobby area was dingy. Pool dirty. Gym closed.

The paint was peeling from the shower and the toilet paper holder was off the wall. This place needs some TLC.

- went to use gym some dumbbell weights were missing but there was no one at the desk for me to ask and I went to desk twice that Monday morning - breakfast served two different eggs (boiled & scrambled) but only meat available was in the gravy better option is sausage that can be heated in microwave - please toilet paper dispenser!

These rooms are smelly.

Exposed wires on the ceiling. Huge crack in toilet lid. Lamp had a different cord held together with electrical tape. curtains were broken. Mystery stains on carpet and shower curtain. Pool was green chipped surface with debris at the bottom.

Room smelled like closed up and musty and I saw a roach on the night stand not a return for me.

Indoor pool was dirty and freezing. Hallways were poorly lit. One individual in our room woke up to find a bed bug biting their arm. Staff was notified immediately and they were very apologetic. Hopefully they promptly address this huge issue. But be cautious when staying.

It is an accident waiting to happen.

Room was clean. Plenty of towels. Close proximity to dining options.

My room was very dirty under the bed, left over food / clothes from previous customers under my beds

Everything looked newly refurbished but the toilet bowl had water stains that made it not look fresh and new even though it was clean.

Could be cleaner

The property is old and outdated. The room smelled musty and everything felt damp. The Internet was spotty and kept dropping out. Breakfast was limited to only several items with not a big choice. Probably will not be staying there again. Better choices in the area.

The elevator quit. Promptly fixed! Ran out of eggs for breakfast (scrambled) But. Had boiled offered instead!

Rooms are clean but needs updated. Hallway was rundown it seems and feels like. Need to turn the AC on in the hallways. Staff was very friendly though and helpful

The gal at the front desk was very pleasant! The breakfast was good. The hotel is showing its age, but still decent. We were there for 1 night, and our biggest issue was seeing a few roaches in the bathroom in the night. They were young, but it was still disturbing. We let the front desk know at checkout, and she was very apologetic.

The place was great.Good location and an awesome breakfast in the morning
