At a "extended stay" hotel, one would expect the bare minimums. 1. No hot water our entire stay-front desk told us after we complained something was broken the day BEFORE we came. They did not tell us at check in that there was a problem. 2. No water, no ice machine,No ice tray in the fridge 4. Full kitchen, but no utensils or plates 5. No paper towels, napkins, or hand towels for kitchen 6. Toilet wouldn't flush properly 7. TV remote had to be right next to the TV and long press buttons to even work, TV was hardly responsive 8. No numbers anywhere to contact front desk for help. Phone in room not operating. 9. Do not be fooled by "breakfast included" it was just coffee, hot water, a few oatmeal packets, and breakfast bars. No fresh water, no non caffeinated options, I picked a place purposely that said free breakfast so I can feed my almost 2 year old, and there was nothing he could eat or drink available other than oatmeal, so we had to leave to find him something he could drink. 10. Our feet were black from dirt on the floor in the room 11. After I asked for dishes, there was no dish soap to wash them after. 12. Only two chairs bar top in the kitchen and 1 office chair, no other chairs for the table for 6 person room we booked 13. Opened up the sofa bed,it had crumbs all over the mattress 14. The elevator smelled like weed our entire stay and near lobby I would not stay here again.

Was pleased with cleanliness and room size

No ice machine, No pool like the website states. We had no hot water for 3 days, had to take cold showers.

This was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. Great room, great staff, great amenities. I love staying at extend stay America hotels!!!!!

The room is as described and well worth the price. The employee at the front desk was very helpful and a joy to communicate with. Wish all hotel stays could be positive like this.

Very good morning

It is a great place to stay for a while, but I wanted a hotel I enjoyed my stay there. The smell of smoke and the people above us were so loud. They were running around above us till 1;30 am. I didn't know what an extended stayvwas, it was not a hotel.I wasn't prepared for it. But the staff was excellent and really helped me calm down and was very accommodating.

Room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. My only complaint was that our room was next to the stairwell, and maintenance was doing some furniture removal late at night so it was a bit noisy with the door slamming next to our room.

We totally enjoyed our stay at extended stay 3131presidential dr. Dayton ohio. the room was very clean and big. with two queen size beds with a sofa, and two chairs, a good table to eat on. a good working kitchen. we would stay there again. the staff were very helpful, and friendly.

The room was clean. Dishes, etc., for the kitchen needed to be requested but were available. Parking was available. No trouble finding a space.

This was very much so a low budget extended stay some of the appliances in the room were damaged the bathroom was dirty and when I got there after paying in full on the Expedia website I was still charging additional $150 and there was no notification on the site or anything that I'll be getting charged an additional $150 deposit. The reason why I even decided to book with this hotel was because of the price but I end up coming out of pocket over $300 and even though I'm supposed to get the $150 back it really put me in a bad place financially. I definitely have pictures to support but this was not a good experience

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel overall had a musky smell, like old tobacco. The room we got was not the room that I requested for on hotels.com. We asked for a 2 queen bed deluxe studio with the pull out couch because I have teenagers who prefer not to share a bed. We had on chair for our family to sit on and only one bath towel. When I asked for more, I was questioned why I needed more. I was also disappointed that the kitchen didn't come stocked with cooking/eating supplies and if I wanted them I has to request and get add ons. We went and purchased what we needed to cook our meal. Overall our room was clean, but old. It needs to be upgraded.

There was no stove in the room.
