Passable

I was woken up by staff at 7am.

The good: staff was excellent and very helpful. The room was very well priced considering it had a frig, stove, microwave, etc and options for other things like dishes, coffee pot, etc. Now for the bad: the room could have been cleaner, but being a professional cleaner myself, I notice small details often overlooked that people that are doing a quick cleaning job overlook. More importantly, the rooms were very loud. I could still hear people slamming doors and talking loudly after midnight. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. And I had to get up a few times to check outside the window because it sounded like a huge bug was either trying to get in or out. Never did figure out what the sound was but it was a constant clicking or tapping noise. Don't think I would choose this place again unfortunately only because of how much the bed was uncomfortable.

Bedding in room 101 may need to be upgraded, but sleepable. Frig, microwave, oven, shower were adequate. Room 101 is near exit door, & late night motel occupants provided noise due to exit door opening, closing.

The hotel was nice and clean, very friendly staff. This is a very basic hotel, with just enough to make your stay pleasant, there are no frills or fancy toiletries. A very mid level hotel, not bad for the price point.

Room Cleanliness. Room Ambience. Room Access. There was continuously someone walking on the upper floor, making noise disturbing our sleep.
-
Construction. Kitchen and restaurant closed. One towel. Ripped curtains on window. Not very clean. No a Wyndham standard hotel.

I went to this apartment on Friday. The flight was a late and I came with so tired to rest but as we entered the room, its so dusty, smoky and smelly. We could not even bear the smell and the front desk staff also acknowledged and agreed. My son left back to his apartment to sleep. We never had a peaceful stay there. The front desk offered as to sleep for that night since its already like 2pm and I cannot move to another hotel. She said she can ask her manager to give the refund. But when we went to front desk, next day they offered another room which was little better than the initial room. Hence, I kindly request a REFUND if not full at least a partial refund I definitely deserve. I will never EVER go back to this hotel again. Thank you!

The rooms smelled ok, if a bit "recently vacated cheap apartment". Have to ask for a second roll of toilet paper. Have to ask for linens for the pull-out. But, it has a full kitchen with appliances, so it's decent for longer stays.

The staff was friendly the moment I stepped in the door. The room was very clean! I even checked under the bed and the couch cushion. I’m not even lying, not one crumb! Full kitchen was nice, but I didn’t use it as I only stayed one night. Parking was easy. Just wish there was a back door I could use (maybe i missed it). I will stay here again if I come through Ohio again.

The staff was friendly and attentive to my needs.check in and check out was a smooth process. The grab and go breakfast could of had better or different choices, rotating out through the week. Our suite had broken cabinets in the kitchen , fan in the bathroom didn't work and the bathroom door didn't shut properly. And we had to bring our room trash to the dumpster everyday.

The staff was extremely nice and a mistake was made and it was fixed. I enjoyed my stay
-
Sticky room floors, dust bunnies the size of real rabbits and lots of kibble and garbage under chairs

Upon arrival we found our selected room wasn't available (2 adults 3 children ) so we had a different room. Our key to our room was demagnetized every use, no matter if we kept it away from our phones or not. Such a hassle to go to the front desk after finding out the key does not work.

At a "extended stay" hotel, one would expect the bare minimums. 1. No hot water our entire stay-front desk told us after we complained something was broken the day BEFORE we came. They did not tell us at check in that there was a problem. 2. No water, no ice machine,No ice tray in the fridge 4. Full kitchen, but no utensils or plates 5. No paper towels, napkins, or hand towels for kitchen 6. Toilet wouldn't flush properly 7. TV remote had to be right next to the TV and long press buttons to even work, TV was hardly responsive 8. No numbers anywhere to contact front desk for help. Phone in room not operating. 9. Do not be fooled by "breakfast included" it was just coffee, hot water, a few oatmeal packets, and breakfast bars. No fresh water, no non caffeinated options, I picked a place purposely that said free breakfast so I can feed my almost 2 year old, and there was nothing he could eat or drink available other than oatmeal, so we had to leave to find him something he could drink. 10. Our feet were black from dirt on the floor in the room 11. After I asked for dishes, there was no dish soap to wash them after. 12. Only two chairs bar top in the kitchen and 1 office chair, no other chairs for the table for 6 person room we booked 13. Opened up the sofa bed,it had crumbs all over the mattress 14. The elevator smelled like weed our entire stay and near lobby I would not stay here again.
