Staff was very helpful when booking. Com made an error on my reservations Everything was perfect

Room was clean and location was good The breakfast was very unsatisfactory. The service was extremely slow and our orders were both wrong. It was probably the worst breakfast that I have ever received in a hotel.

My particular room needed a lot of help. Rm 307. Stayed last weekend (July 25-26). Bathroom door swings open on its own. Which explains why there was a huge gouge out of the wood (clearly when someone tried to enter the room from the hallway, the door lock gouged the back of the bathroom door.). The faucet must have been replaced recently because when you open the water full on, the handle hits the mirror above it. The toilet doesn't flush on its own, you have to hold the handle down. And if you do get the handle to flush, the toilet leaks out through the flapper and keeps refilling every 30 seconds. The reading light above the left side of the bed flickers. The A/C makes weird clicking noises under certain operations. And there is a "pass through" door with the adjoining room, which has zero noise prevention. In other words, I could clearly hear every word they were saying, even at 3am. Free breakfast not included, though it kind of looks like a buffet when you're in the lobby. On the bright side, there is ample parking. And the staff personnel were friendly and competent.

Cons: The room has a bad odor in it, immediately smelling like stale cigarette smoke. The entry door has many holes in it where locking mechanisms had been replaced (but weren’t remediated—we could see them all). The door had major chips in it, and the bathroom door had major chunks taken out of it. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The shower tile is supposed to be white but has significantly aged so that it’s yellow— and the grout is black in many areas. The shower head needs replaced (sprays erratically), as does the mechanism for turning the water on/off. The mechanism is hard to turn and sticks so that you have to nearly force it to turn. Upon turning the water on to get it to a comfortable shower temperature, the tub filled up quite a bit, resulting in my standing in ankle-deep water. The nightstand area does not have a nightstand—just a counter—and it is covered with a peel-and-stick type of covering to make it look like wood—and that is bubbled will likely peel off in short order. The hinge on one of the cabinet doors is disconnected and does not allow the cabinet to close. There is a small refrigerator in the room. However, each time you try to open the refrigerator it slides forth almost to the point of coming out of the cabinet onto the floor. We spent over $130 for this room, and did not receive the value we should have at this price. Very disappointed!😩

Location was good, staff were friendly, the room was decent sized and clean. The TV in the room also had a good number of channels. I didn't have breakfast included in my stay but there were plenty of options close by. Was in a room next to some pretty loud guests. I know that's out of the control of the hotel but that made the stay a little annoying. Also, the pool was down for maintenance which was a bummer.

we only stayed one night but it was a very pleasant experience everything was nice and quiet enjoyed it.

This hotel needs some upgrades. There is a musty smell in the hallways. The room AC unit was cold, but there must be mold or dust inside given the smell. The bathroom is older and seen better days. Not impressed given the price.

We got in after 8:00pm but it did take awhile for us to get all checked in as it looked like someone was being trained. So we were patient but it took about 20 minutes from the time we walked in to the time we were able to get to our room that evening. My only one confusing was that on the

The rooms were a bit small but very clean. The pillows could use a bit of an upgrade. Laundry is $3 per wash and dry but could not get change at the facility. The staff was excellent! A special thanks to Tawnya!! Breakfast was great. The buffet is $10 if its not included in your room/stay.

All was fine! I thought the cost of the room for a Hilton Garden Inn was extremely high. I thought the Hotels.com would have a much better rate.

Did not eat breakfast. Was not included in room rate. For a Hilton Hotel - the bathtub was functional but was damaged as was the bathroom door. The unit on the wall for AC or heat was loud and kicked off and on. The thermostat did not work.
