Nice friendly staff! Great stay!

I’m glad I chose to stay here for our trip. We did the Dave summer camp. Wasn’t far from venue. Plenty of restaurants near and right off highway. Staff was super super friendly! The check in was spacious and easy. They let us check in early-like early! Slept like a baby too! My only issue is my shower and hair in it, so maybe not thoroughly cleaned. I wear flip flops but still. And the lighting in the br was too dim. Otherwise, great choice on our part

It was a fair stay, I had a better stay last time than I did this time. Upon checking in the other guest was offered cookies I never was and I had three rooms! Secondly the room needed extra sheet, towel and pillows along with a comforter never received it until the next morning. Next day I had to ask if only certain rooms or guest were offered amenities ( Being a person of color). The front desk manager was amazing i love her personality and her professionalism! From I met with her the first trip she still maintained her professional decorum on this stay. Please teach your staff to take a page from her book and apply it to theirs! Will i ever stay again without feeling targeted because of race? Only if this front desk manager is still at the property! She made us feel safe and like a normal human being her and another male front desk agent of color. I personally will not stay here for a very long time to come!

The room was super clean with a microwave, refrigerator and my favorite- a lit vanity mirror. Bed, bedding and pillows were wonderful. Plenty of towels. Nicer room setup and a sofa. Would have liked bottled water, but there wasn’t any. The pool closed at 11 pm, so I missed out in a late evening swim. Breakfast was good, but not complementary. It’s slightly cheaper if you add it while booking your room.
