Clarion Pointe Fairborn near Wright Patterson AFB

This is an older property that can benefit from a deep cleaning of the room carpet and ventilation system.

Staff is liars and said I didn't pay and threaten to call the cops after I was hours away. They said they didn't have a card on file and yet both cards have been charged when only 1 should have been. They double charge me and now I have to spend time disputing the chrges.

Great location, parking was a little cramped but did not affect the stay! Comfy beds.

Eateries close by. Good parking. Comfortable bed. The room was damp. The ceiling showed signs of roof leak.

The room is big, but not breakfast

booked 2 queen beds, beds were full size, joists above room are very noisy with other guests walking around until 3am, mouse noises coming from inside wall, overall the property needs a facelift

The hotel staff were helpful and friendly, and the room was clean and the breakfast was available

Sorry to say there was a cockroach in our bathroom.

No parking, room smelled horrible, woke up to our roof showering on us. I wouldn’t recommend unless this is the only affordable option.

Our stay was great Nice, clean, cozy

The room was nicely laid out. There was no information in the room about anything. Nothing about when breakfast was, where the ice machine was, any information about the TV or channel guide, no information on time the pool was accessible, no information about nearby restaurants or things to do or see and no do not disturb tag for the door. The TV was small for such a nice room and I had to have someone come to my room to get it to work because it said no service when you turned it on. The room was hot and stuffy when we arrived as the AC unit was off and took several hours to get comfortable (it was 90 degrees outside). The toilet paper roll was awkward to reach as it was on the wall that the toilet back was on, so you had to try to reach behind you to get the toilet paper when you were sitting on the toilet. There wasn't very much to choose from for breakfast and was very sparce. Only fruit was apples that didn't look very good and there were no types of pastries at all.

The room smelled really bad as soon as we walked in, like mildew. The staff had an attitude and was not welcoming at all. Overall, the stay was not what I expected and I would give this hotel 4/10.

The check in was easy. The staff were helpful when the room keys were not working, fixed the problem right away. Definitely would stay there again.

There were tiny shards of glass on our bathroom floor! My grandson and husband both cut their foot.
