It was supposedly just updated, but she things looked worn. Bathroom door in our room was broken. Ants on the breakfast buffet

It was a safe area and easy to get to the stores incase you needed anything.

The breakfast was good and location The hotel room carpet smelt horrible like it was molded underneath it had mold on the walls and the a horrible smell from the carpet and bugs on the bed oh and a big water stain in the roof it was ghetto there

Requested a roll away bed via the booking app and got there and that's not something they offered. Pool was freezing, bathroom door wasn't working properly. Had to lift up and slam the door.

Comfortable beds, good wifi, strong water pressure in shower.

The room was clean and the air conditioning working well. I will say that the clientele staying there that weekend were not the hotel's fault but a lot of smoking just outside the entrance door, the smell of weed in the hallways on the second floor was a bit strong too. That isn't the hotel's fault, but that ashtray needs to be moved away from the entrance doors.

The room definitely was not as clean as it could I've been. There was also signs of mold in the bathroom

They don’t clean the rooms if you’re staying more than one day.

The first room we were assigned was over 85°F, and the air conditioning was barely working. The front desk quickly moved us to a second-floor room, which was at a comfortable temperature, although it had a strange odor. We were just happy to have functioning air conditioning. Unfortunately, things got much worse. Around 3:00 AM, while my partner was using the bathroom, she noticed something crawling near my pillow and woke me up. It was a bedbug. I honestly couldn’t believe it. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotel rooms (including many far less expensive or less well-maintained than this one) and I’ve never encountered a bedbug. To the staff’s credit, they were again apologetic and promptly moved us to a third room. We were assured that the hotel manager would contact us the following morning to make things right. It’s now almost end of day and we have yet to receive any communication from management. I genuinely appreciate how courteous and responsive the front desk staff was, but friendly service can’t make up for issues like broken air conditioning, multiple room changes, and finding a bedbug. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and follows through with guests when situations like this occur.

Telephone not working

Clean, close to restaurants and shopping. Breakfast buffet was small but could have been better if there were muffins or bagels. The libby could use a click. Staff courteous.

Our stay was great and the staff was very friendly.
