For the price it's pretty decent

The 7.4 rating is not accurate. Is under 4 stat. The fair rating is 3. The staff is good they are doing their best. Very old building, homeless shelters are the best described of the place. Very disappointed, the money is not is best on quality reflection.

It was a good bed and the air worked perfectly. I was happy with the room because it was quiet all night. NO breakfast but lots of fast food near by.

This place looked so rough when I parked, I didn’t even go into the office to check in. The property is is overgrown, multiple doors were propped open with people smoking in them and an overwhelming sense of dread was the theme. I went to a different hotel.

The room had a very musty smell and there were dirty towels hanging on the bathroom door. The receptionist appeared very disinterested in talking with me upon check -in. I felt she just wanted to process me quickly and get me out of the office. The location and lack of upkeep on the facility during led to a very uncomfortable stay. The hotel rating was listed as 7.5. But based on my stay, I feel a 3 to 4 rating would be more appropriate. We left very early.

Rough part of town, needs to be remodeled

I had to switch rooms three times. The first room smelled like urine, the second smelled like a wet dog the refrigerator didn't get cold and the toilet didn't flush right. Finally I slept in the third one. The reservationist was nice but the rooms really are needed some refurbishment extra cleaning etc.

How clean and fast it was checking in. All staff was great. Very helpful.. no complaints. N/a

Worst ? room I have ever had.

Plenty of parking. I had a truck and motorcycle trailer. What I didn't know prior to arrival is no in-room coffee. They do have coffee in the office. I went next door to the gas station/mart in the morning and they gave me coffee free.

Easy parking, convient location, pleasant staff. No complaints.
