Very nice property with spacious rooms, attentive staff and good food.

Superb staff - friendly, courteous, responsive and helpful. The room was large and impeccably kept and the location is great not just for airport but for shops, restaurants and bars (note that the hotel's restaurant is excellent and could be a destination in its own right). My only very minor complaint is the 7 am start for breakfast. Since many, many flights leave in the morning, it would be nice if either breakfast opened earlier or the hotel could prepare a simple takeaway continental bfast with yogurt, bread, fruit etc.

Super comfortable beds and bedding. Very friendly staff. Close to airport. We were on the end and would have liked to have been in the garden area. Need a shower shelf to put shampoo on—we had to use the sink area.

Breakfast was excellent. Location was good. The property was hosting a wedding reception on the night of our stay. This was not communicated to us at the time of booking. We had to call reception at about 11pm to ask them to get the party to turn dial down the noise, even though we were advised when we checked in that the party would end at 10pm.

We really liked the overall design of our room—the layout felt thoughtfully planned, and the access to everything we needed was convenient and intuitive. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a long day, and the entire space was spotlessly clean, which made our stay feel even more relaxing and enjoyable. We were disappointed by a few aspects of our stay. The TV in our room had half-burnt pixels, which made it difficult to watch anything. We asked for it to be replaced, but unfortunately, the staff wasn’t able to help with that. We had planned to relax in our room and watch one of our favorite shows, but because of the TV issue, we weren’t able to enjoy that part of our stay. We also found it inconvenient that the hotel didn’t have a gym, as we like to maintain our routine while traveling. Additionally, we were expecting a breakfast buffet, so it was a letdown to discover that this option wasn’t available.

The rooms were very nice and they had a wonderful breakfast. Their dinner was excellent as well. Staff very accommodating. They helped us organize transportation, which was a bit of a concern before arriving in Johannesburg. Unfortunately, they were working on the pool and it was empty and they were doing some stucco work on the wall so it was a bit noisy during the day. It would’ve been nice to have the pool in the evenings.

Great location. Breakfast was wonderful every day as well. Close to the airport and close into Johannesburg. There was construction (plastering alls, etc.) going on and the pool was not operational. Would’ve been nice to know this in advance or have been offered a room discount. Their restaurant did provide a free bottle of wine at the dinner we had at the restaurant. Dinner was excellent.

Beautiful hotel in nice neighborhood. The staff were fantastic and so helpful. Room was comfortable and relaxing. A bit of work being done on the property but this is to be expected.

The breakfast was good The service. Arrangement of pickup at airport was a awful experience and made worse by the stupidity of the hotel.

Beautiful, safe, clean and unique property. Lovely decor and finishing touches. Exciting to hear they will expand and add a gym. Exceptional hotel, service and food Hot and cold shower water mix was a bit challenging.

The people were so kind and friendly. Everything was exceptional. The room was so beautiful with every amenity you could think of and the bed was heavenly. Just a perfect stay. I highly recommend this property. Leaving!

The property was beautifully maintained and the bed was the comfiest we had slept in for quite some time. Breakfast was included and the selection was excellent. We had dinner there too which was also very good. The little freebies in the room were a nice touch too Nothing

This was such a beautiful property! Meticulously cared for, the food was fabulous and the staff very kind and attentive. The quality of the construction of this boutique hotel(wood floors, tile, marble) was just gorgeous. I would highly recommend this hotel! The location is excellent (close to shopping and airport and a little oasis in Jo-burg! I liked everything!
