Seamless extended check out process. In the bathroom, the basin tap is too close to the bottom of the basin. It makes it difficult to use water. Please consider providing work friendly tables in the rooms.

I was not happy with your service,l didnot expect such from a 4 star hotel I booked my room online and paid,but each time l wanted to eat l was being asked how are you paying cause you are owing us you didnt pay anything,when l go to check @ the reception whatz going on,everything is ok How can the reception and restaurant not have the same information. On top of that when they exchange shifts, the person on the current shift has to call the previous person for them to explain what going on before am assisted Think you should tell them to leave notes for the next coming person

Overall good value for money for a business trip and easy access to the highway

The room and facilities were fine. The restaurant is a disaster for dinner ! The kitchen would not have a clue what service means , over an hour waiting for main course when the restaurant was basically empty ! Had to leave without having main course ! Three hamburgers on the menu , no hamburger rolls available. Sweet potato fries on the menu , run out of sweet potatoes. No olive oil available , what restaurant kitchen runs out of olive oil ? In short a disaster , will not recommend it and will never go there again !

Very picturesque property and relaxing atmosphere 1. No elevator - had to carry my bags up and down 3 flights of stairs 2. Lack of communication - no response to 2 requests for early check in and then had to phone the property for answer 3.R500 early check in fee… I had to pay an early check in fee even though my room was ready as available

The breakfast should have more options and the cappuccino should be included in the breakfast

Clean room, clean sheets, the spa was quite and breakfast was ok and staff was very professional and ready to assist with any request you had. The view from the balcony was ok but I would have preferred a view on the lake side and I think variety for hot breakfast would be a nice touch.

that the TV in the room only had TV 1. 2 AND 3 AND E.... should have MNET and Netflix

The room was large and comfortable There was no lift, no telephone in room, the wifi wasn’t working and the breakfast was average. Also when I arrived I was unaware that the balcony doors were unlocked so I left the room unsecured when I went out.

The aircon was not working properly. It was a cold night, and the aircon was not blowing hot air. There was only one duvet on the bed, and no extra blankets
